Customer service is terrible. I had a return item to return to store, the store told me they can not accept my return even I showed the emails twice. The customer service personal is very unfriendly. Very bad store. Please avoid this store

This Walmart is filled with overzealous and incompetent employees that treat you like you are a thief. Walmart as a company is known to attract some special characters but treating everyone like a potential thief is a next level horrendous customer service. There are 2 main characters, one is a loss prevention gentleman that he thinks he is a cop. I was scanning my items and he accused me of not scanning milks. This special case character didn't understand their own coding of items and when I pointed it out, he didn't apologize but defended his actions by saying "I am just doing my job". Sir you are not. There's another Hispanic lady that barely speaks English and always stops me and accuses me of not scanning an item. She tried to speak to me in Spanish and I told her multiple times I don't speak Spanish. Now she is on a power trip and tries to stop me always, I just ignore her and walk away. I am sick and tired of these morons acting like they got some power to make people's life miserable. I am just going to get my receipts texted to me and walk away. If you want escalate further, I guess we will get our lawyers involved Walmart.

The most unfriendly & unhappy employees ever. Everyone was so rude to me and my toddler who was just happy and saying hi. The manager definitely needs to work on morale with them - our trip was such a bummer.

Only one cashier open. Not ideal if you’re shopping for groceries for the week; Too many items to have to do self checkout.

This Walmart is generally well-organized and clean, though it can get crowded during peak hours, which sometimes affects the shopping experience. Overall, the customer service is satisfactory, and the availability of numerous services like pharmacy, optical, and photo center adds to its appeal.
