Needed to get $100 bill for graduation present. After waiting 15 min in line the 'one' teller pointedly asked if I had an account with Wells. I said no but just needed....(she immediately interrupted me and said they 'can't help me because I don't have an account with them'. Mind you, I have paid off 3 mortgages through Wells Fargo as well as just used their ATM which charged me $3.50. But nope... can't help you. Great customer service - keep it up! BTW, went across the street to Chase and they immediately gave me change and even offered gift envelopes.

Went to the drive through on Monday April 5, 2021. I was the 3rd car in line and I waited 15 minutes and the line never moved. I called the branch and was told they were short staffed. It's funny they closed down the lobby but can't put the additional tellers in the drive through to handle the increased traffic. I guess the customers time means nothing to them.

Usually have great service here, but today April was extremely unhelpful and rude. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I was definitely unsatisfied with the service here on this occasion.

The day after I deposed a check, I received this message from Wells Fargo. We received your recent deposit to your Wells Fargo account Checking and credited that amount to your account. However, some or all of these funds will not be available for your immediate use. The reason for the delay and the date your funds will be available are stated below: Deposit Date: 03/23/2018 Date Funds Will Be Available: 04/03/2018 Hold Reason:The Deposited Check Exceeded $5,000 11 day hold or 7 busniess days hold is longer than my other banks.

I have an 834 credit score and never bounced a check or late on a bill in my life. Wells Fgo wouldn't open an account and give me an ATM card without days of running it through senior management. The branch manager apologized in a clumsy way making it sound like she was powerless and it was just the way it is. Certainly if you have a real problem, you can assume the branch manager has no authority to fix it.

Unable to make an ATM deposit at 10:20 pm April 25, 2016. This is about the third time I have been unable to make a deposit at night ~ cannot remember the times of the other failed deposit attempts. Yet, in all cases, I have made deposits within 7 minutes at the Wells Fargo ATM that is located inside Tom Thumb on N. Josey Lane in Carrollton, TX. I would think if one ATM is unavailable for deposits that it's system wide , but apparently not.
