Dawn M. I know it's your job to put the best shine on these reviews but if you look at this store alone most of the reviews are one star with your comments behind. I don't know how much smoke you have to have to know that there's a fire when it comes to a bad culture at a store. I dug a little deeper Dawn and I found out that most of your brand between two and three stars in this general area. While other stores like sprouts and WinCo have four stars. This is just bad culture on your guys's part. I'm not coming back. Such an amazing location. I went in for some sweet potatoes and a scrubby pad. The scrubby pad said that I needed to have an attendance help that was not in attendance. I strongly dislike self checkouts I appreciate the convenience however their mandatorily should be one attendant there in the front or and or someone with a checker with a light on the line number one. I never have this problem at sprouts ever. They're extremely good about flexing staffing when it's busy to bring other people to the front even a manager will take a quick second and check a few people out real fast so that people don't have to wait forever. I guess people are voting with their feet and going to sprouts

This one is the one closest to me and I've been coming here for that but I think I will stop it's never a good expirence coming here just as far as "customer service" Cashiers are always nice though. But floral could be nicer and as well the service supervisors don't seem friendly . Produce is never stocked for things as well as any other things I find sooo limited always .

Employees are super nice. The prices are great (as long as you are a member-which is only your phone number) Selection is great. The grocery carts aren't huge. The store is impeccably clean. Fine meat counter. Music is 80's soft rock. I am a regular now.

I've shopped here for years. The only issue I've had is with the self check out machines that are not user friendly.

I have ways had a good experience at my neighborhood tom thumb but this morning I ran into one of the rudest manager/clerks. I was picking up a few items for myself & my friend asked me to pick up a pizza for her using her card, she is still a little afraid to shop. So I said I need this to be 2 orders she said unless the card holder is here we can not accept that card it is company policy. She was very rude & I was taken back by it. So I put back her stuff and just got my own.

I don't like my job and sometimes i'm getting very upset and emotional with people and my bosses Christina and Jordan are pushing me to my limit every 5 to 10 minutes and they are not letting me work on weekdays and i don't like working on weekends and they have to understand that i have a learning disorder and they don't treat very well or with kind words and i'm being mistreated and i can't do everything at once and i don't like it. I wish to have a nice environment that treats with respect and kind words and just working on weekdays and not weekends. This is why i'm so irritated and annoyed. And So far i've already just lost my job because of Christina and Jordan who made me cry and i don't appreciate it and i don't like whenever someone makes me cry.

This store is nearby so we shop there and spend about $150 per week. It's adequate. Some of the store employees go out of their way to be helpful. It's a shame that the store manager Sean is so rude. A customer was shopping without a mask. My husband told him masks were required in the store. The man told my husband to mind his own business. Hubby answered that it is his business, and is Governor Abbott's order that masks must be worn in the store. I saw the man was not going to back down so I sought the store manager (Sean). He said he would give the man a mask to wear. Okay. Seemed fine. We got to the checkout lane and we saw the man again, wearing the mask under his nose. Hubby told him he needed to cover his nose and mouth. The man refused. So I hunted for Sean again. First let me note, that in other complaints about this store people seem to note the race of the employee who they find offensive. One person on here commented on a black employee and her ghetto attitude. That's just racist. So when I complain about the store manager, I am going to note that he is white. Blond haired, blue eyed white. I'm white too so this is not a race thing. It's a bad attitude on the part of the store manager thing. As I explained to Mr. Sean Peterson, the errant customer was not covering his nose. So this manager went and talked to the man who informed Sean that he was following the law because he was wearing a mask. When I informed the store manager that a sign posted at the front door of the store and signed by the Governor, stated that the mask must cover a person's nose and mouth, he stated that he understood my concern but the man had a mask on. I asked him if he would remove the man, he said no. So now I will have my say about Sean, hoping that he is disciplined by Tom Thumb higher ups. Sean was young so maybe he never heard of Typhoid Mary. So he never learned that one person can infect a lot of people. And we are in the middle of a pandemic that is getting worse every day. So folks who are reading this, call this store or show up in person and ask for the store manager, Typhoid Mary. Because that's what he is by enabling scofflaws to flaunt a direct order from our Governor. Who does he think he is to jeopardize the health of our fellow citizens. There are lots of other grocery stores in the area. I suggest you try them. Stay safe and best wishes for a healthy New Year.

Very pleased with my pickup order today despite the thing I really wanted, a bone in turkey breast, was out of stock. This was not unexpected, The young lady that brought it order was very kind and efficient. Doing so on the day before Thanksgiving is especially impress. And thank you for the sample of Ritz cheese cracks!

This store doesn't enforce the mask mandate, every time I go in here I see customers without masks on. It's frustrating because it's up to the business to enforce, they obviously don't care about everyone else's safety while a entitled few think they can do whatever they want.

Shoutout to our local community heroes! I have not been able to find Diet Coke cans or onion powder! The meat man helped me find the onion powder in a spice shelf on an end cap, because they were out in the regular spice aisle. Amazing, I was giving up hope since my last 3 stores did not have any! Mini can Diet Cokes and bottles !! Awesome!!! And our favorite Louisiana hot sauce pork rinds! Fresh veggies and fruits! I got a tray of beautiful watermelon cubes to have a refreshing treat! The staff here is attentive and friendly. Store is clean and COVID-q19 precautions are in place! I appreciate having the wide open aisles and directional ques. Cleaning carts are priorities in front and providing sanitizer and making sure masks are on! I know that theses people are heroes! And I don't have to worry about getting good savings, because there's always great sales and choices! Thank you for your excellence Tom Thumb!!! You all are loved and prayed for!!! You all are a wonderful blessing!!

I went this evening after several years, nothing has changed. First day of sale out of avocados, 59cent drinks said limit six - but coded must buy six to get 59 cents. Lobsters - 2 left, had to bring the guy from the back to tell them it should not ring up 9.99. Goldfish 99 cent rang up 1.25 - did not catch. Small pumpkins that were 1.49 rang up as pumpkin pies for a high price - just had them remove them. On and on. Never again!!

Showed up tonight to buy some beer. Not many people in the store. When checking out the kid at the register talked to me wile putting his filthy gloves that he had obviously had on for a long time all over the tops of my beer cans. I guess he's mad about working and trying to get everyone sick at TomThumb. Then on the way out someone was standing in the exit with no mask on. Had to leave out of the in door just to stay away from them. Watch out people are getting sick in this neighborhood and this place is probably contributing to it!!

Drove out of my way to have them process my car registration sticker. They are out of paper... the sign was clean and laminated. Shocker, must not be the first time. No one could tell me when to come back..... Thanks to the cashier who noticed while I was in line and told me, the customer service rep had plenty of opportunities. Again, they ran out of paper. Not that difficult to order or stock or to get some transferred in from another store.

The store employees are wearing masks, but they could do a better job of requiring customers to wear masks. They are monitoring the number of customers in the store at any one time, and are enforcing social distancing, but this location has remained poorly stocked for almost everything since the end of March. It's almost a waste of time to go here because their stock of most things is so low. A sad situation...I am concerned that this location will survive in the long term. I will note observations of other stores and their locations, and post accordingly for those who take this current situation seriously and who wish to stay uncontaminated.
