I had my car repaired at this facility. They did an excellent job. Their customer service is incredible. The repair was completed before the estimated time. I would like to recognize Carolyn at the front office for her service. She kept me informed through the repair process. I strongly recommend this facility.

I totally like their services. Front office folks are very helpful, and especially Carolina had answered all my questions and I felt confident moving forward with them. They also have pickup drop off service. I give 5/5 for her work and to the collision center.

I recently went to have my car fixed and the service was unparalleled. The moment I arrived, Baha was so helpful, and knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicle. Vehicle repairs can be a stressful process but WestWay collision center made it very smooth and easy process. Thank you Khalid and Baha for making my experience here spectacular. I don’t usually write reviews but had to people to know not to make same mistakes that I made. I had to go to a different car shop to my fix car after already spending 1000s of dollars here. Workers are also very rude after you give them feedbacks

I recently HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I had to go back to their shop maybe at least 20 TIMES to fix the same car. It took them more than a year to fully fix it and even when it was fixed the front part still broke from parking my car. I literally cried in-front of the manager but they still said they wouldn’t fix the car since it was my fault for not parking incorrectly. The reason I went was because I saw the good review but I didn’t have that experience AT ALLL. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place at all.

I went to Westway Collision Center after an uninsured motorist damaged the driver’s side of my 2023 Kia Forte GT ($7k+ in repairs). It was all covered through my insurance company, USAA, and the process was nice and easy. They had my vehicle for just over a month, providing me with weekly updates as to what they were doing repair-wise and when their estimated finish time would be. When I got my car back it looked brand new! Not only were the repairs flawless, but they’d also cleaned the exterior and interior. I’m extremely pleased with their work and customer service. A special thank you to Carolyn, who was my main point of contact. I’d highly recommend this auto body shop!

I was impressed with the kindness and promptness of the staff at Westward Collins. However, I was disappointed with the pricing, which seemed inflated to compensate for insurance. I managed to repair my Tesla Model Y's broken side mirror on my own for less than $300. While I’m not a professional repair person, it felt excessive to be quoted over $1,900 for such a straightforward job.
I would strongly encourage them to offer a cash discount for customers like myself who have minor repair needs and prefer not to go through insurance. A $1,900 estimate seems steep, they also should have known that the $450 blind spot recalibration fee wasn’t necessary since the Model Y doesn’t have blind spot sensors on its side mirrors, however, the representative mentioned that it would have been removed if it was not needed. With all that said, it felt like they were taking advantage of a simple repair job to drive up profit, especially when it only took me just over 30 minutes to complete.
