They are not familiar with the different companies they are under contract with and always take over 10 minutes to bring out purchased material in the morning, even though I’m the only customer.

Armando is the only employee who seems to care or have any customer service skills.
The rest of the staff looks lethargic and take no initiative to get customers in and out. No comparison to the Irving location.

Bought two Makita 5V batteries. Good price but both battery packages were opened when I got them. Thought maybe they were returns, which would explain the good price. One charged, the other didn’t. Contacted them and they sent return info. When I sent the bad one back they accused me of sending them a used battery. Told them that’s the way I got it. They said they’d file a police report. Subsequent emails were unanswered. Appears I’m out money for a battery. First time ever having this experience with any online purchase.

Another horrible experience at this place this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will not be coming back to this place ever missing ram tools employees had better customer service then this...!!!!

Placed on order over the phone. Mr. Derrick was knowledgeable of the item and was able to locate one in Houston. Shipped to Dallas and picked it up a few days later. Upon meeting with Derrick, I found that he was professional and super nice to deal with. I am very pleased with him and Ram Tools.
