There are these 2 young women up there named “Shnya” and “Deya” one of the best people ever, so kind, generous, smart, educated, and has a lot of hospitality. They are really warm hearted and super nice. They are one of the reasons I signed up for a woodforest account. There’s this other girl named “Elena” super super nice. Kind, generous, and all of the positive things above. All three of them are one of a kind.

My bank was hacked for the 2nd time having this bank. The first time the bank called me and told me it was hacked and they turned my card off. And I needed to come get a new card which I did within 5 minutes because I was only around the corner. Well later on down the I noticed my stuff I had on automatic payments with the old card that got hacked was still going through. I called the bank and they gave me some excuse stating it can still be used under credit and can't be turned off. I knew then I should've switched banks but didn't. This past Sunday I noticed someone kept using my card in Tennessee at a movie theater and called the bank to file a dispute and turn the card off. After answering a million questions they then turns and tell me in 24 hours you will get a email TO FILL OUT MORE PAPERWORK! So not only did I not get the money back right then and there I also have to keep racking up over draft fees because they cleared my bank out. I wake up this morning and noticed the bank took my money that was in my savings to cover the cost of what the person took out of my account! MY SAVINGS ON SOMETHING IM DISPUTING! Do now I have absolutely no money in neither of the accounts because of this. Woodforest do a bette job at protecting your clients!
