Just like any other store every place has their hiccups but I'll never undergrad any parts dealer because that's something that's in high in demand and keeping up with the community is hard enough service with a smile is always expected they accomplish it daily

I walked in looking for a headlight and Richard met me at the door to help. He had me fixed up and out the door in 5 mins. Such a friendly and professional encounter. Highly recommend!

Just wanna shout out Mr. truck for helping me change my front light today. He really was so helpful and so kind it’s so hot so he just told me to stand inside while he took care of it. Literally, I was in there maybe six minutes and I was out the door and on my way to work thank you so much for always making it so easy to get something changed or fixed or a question answered the only place I’ll go in town

Horrible service. Made me wait 40 minutes and still didn’t help me. Went down the road to mavis and they got me in and out within 5 minutes.

They are now under new management and I would trust them with all auto part needs! The new store manager chuck is one hell of a guy and is someone I look forward to doing more business with!

My family truck always seems to have problems. But, the store manager Jonnie is always willing to help figure out what's wrong. Going g out of her way to help, even holding my wiggly grandson. So I can get my debit card out of my purse. She always goes the extra mile to help anyone. My radiator broke in the parking lot last summer. She kept checking on me to make sure I didn't pass out from the heat. I am forever grateful to Jonnie and her team for all there help.

I pulled in at AutoZone tonight at 9 minutes til close needing a dim headlight bulb. Mason greeted me with a friendly smile and led me strait to the bulb I needed. I asked if he had time to help me put it in because where it goes is a very tight, awkward location. Without hesitation he said “yes ma’am” ! (even though he had to take my battery out to do it…AT CLOSING TIME. ). He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional…A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE MASON!! THANK YOU!!!

Exceptional Service from Mason Price and Chance Pruitt at AutoZone
Please note that my rating reflects the poor leadership in this store. The staff was excellent, but the leadership lacked luster
I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoZone, and I must say, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Mason Price and Chance Pruitt, from the moment I walked in, their friendly demeanor and willingness to help make all the difference.
Mason greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered insightful recommendations that helped me make the right choice. Chance joined in shortly after, and together, they provided a level of service that is rare to find these days. Their teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.
While I did encounter a challenge that required escalation, I must express my disappointment with the store manager’s refusal to assist in resolving the issue. Not receiving the support I expected was disheartening, especially after such a positive interaction with Mason and Chance. Furthermore, my attempts to reach the District and Regional managers for assistance have gone unanswered, adding to my frustration.
Despite this setback, I cannot say enough good things about Mason and Chance. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience, showcasing the true spirit of excellent customer service. If you visit AutoZone, I highly recommend seeking these two exceptional employees. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customers leave satisfied, and their dedication deserves recognition.
Thank you, Mason and Chance, for your incredible service! You are the shining stars of AutoZone, and I hope your efforts are acknowledged.

I have frequented this store - numerous times in the 3-4 years since moving to Carthage, TX.
Tonight, I worked with Elijah in accessing the issue with my F-150 Truck.
Elijah was friendly and candid with my issue. He also guided me toward the best option. I believe in his honesty and knowledge base.
Thank you Elijah!! Thank you staff!
Btw, I do not go to, nor frequent any of the other auto parts stores in Carthage, Texas ( no need to! Always been very satisfied!)

I just had the wildest experience at AutoZone, and honestly, I think I need to share it with the world!
So, there I was, minding my own business, trying to leave my driveway when my car decided to pull a classic “I’m not going anywhere” move. You know the one—just sitting there like a toddler refusing to leave the playground. So, I called AutoZone, half-expecting to be put on hold while they play elevator music for eternity. But no! These heroes answered faster than a pizza delivery on game night.
Not only did they provide me with the part I needed, but they also offered to come out and jump my car. And let me tell you, when I saw their little AutoZone van roll up, I felt like I was being rescued by the A-Team! They hopped out with all the enthusiasm of kids on Christmas morning. I half-expected them to start doing a choreographed dance!
They came over, and I’ll be honest—I felt like I was part of a reality show called “Jump Start My Life.” One guy connected the cables like he was performing open-heart surgery, and the other was giving me a motivational speech about how my car was just having a “bad day.” I almost started to tear up; my car’s feelings mattered!
After a few moments of intense battery-charging drama, my car roared back to life like it was auditioning for Fast & Furious 17. I was so relieved, I almost hugged the mechanics! I mean, who knew that getting your car jumped could be so emotional? If they hadn’t been in uniform, I would’ve thought they were my life coaches!
So, if you ever find yourself in a bind and need a jump, just call AutoZone. They’ll come save the day, and you might even walk away with a new appreciation for life and your vehicle! Five stars for service, two for my car’s dramatic flair, and a bonus star for the entertainment value. Bravo, AutoZone! 🚗💨✨
