The woman than runs it is just a total sweetheart!! Their prices aren't bad at all depending on what size storage building you need, and their recent addition of the climate controlled buildings has added another really neat part to their grounds if you're able to get one

Been holding my stuff safe and sound for some time now. With a locked gate, security cameras and on site guard dog, I have no worries. Ain't had no varment or water problems either.
