The people are rude and they don't give you much leeway if you are late paying... Be prepared to have your storage locked by then and then Auctioned out to the highest bidder..... Smh

Sharman is definitely an asset to the company. She goes the extra step to help out a customer. The first unit I rented she noticed that water was getting in it before I moved anything in it. So she transferred me to another unit. The second day I had the unit I noticed that water was getting in it also. Luckily I had only put a few things in it. She transferred me to the 3rd unit, apologizing the whole time. She can definitely handle emergencies like that. She is friendly and helpful while being professional. Good job Sharman!

Take your business elsewhere. We settled here because it was the only unit we could find available at the time. This turned out to be a huge mistake. Multiple price increases made the units far from worth what you pay. Units are not defended from weather and outdoor conditions by any means. Tons of evidence of rats, birds, rain, dirt, and insects within the unit. Rats completely ruined our deceased daughter bassinet, one of the only pieces left of her. “Smart Self Storage” is a complete joke and total waste of an additional monthly charge, getting at least one alert everyday of movement in the unit (makes sense with the rats and the birds) turns into a serious boy who cried wolf situation. Overall, don’t expect your possessions to be protected , consistent pricing, or decent customer service when you sign an agreement with this facility.

I finally found the best storage place around. The rates are reasonable the woman Megan is absolutely a sweetheart. I drive from Arkansas down here and forgot my key. Even though she was sick she came out to help me. Couldn’t ask for a better place or person. Thank you so very much.

Hole in roof of their unit. Our stuff is now ruined. Lost our $2300 plush king bed & box springs, every box, suitcases, every item is moldy. A hole in the roof is through no fault of our own. That’s building maintenance and neglect. You can literally see the sky through the metal. Jacked the rate up neatly double and now everything is a loss. No compensation. No offer. Nothing.
