Christian, a very polite young man, helped me out with the batteries on my truck. Tested them, found one that was dead. I purchased 1 battery, and he never asked if I wanted help changing it. He just walked out with the new battery and changed it for me! Thank you, Christian!

These people are the best!!!! Our car lost its alternator 30minutes south of Carthage and we barely rolled into the parking lot. These people went waaaaay out of their way to drive up to Marshall and back for the new part to bypass the delivery time and get us back on the road. Elijah was a huge help as he offered to replace the alternator for us and big thanks to his boss for letting him do it. We drove another 15hrs to Disney World and the car is still 100% Thanks Elijah! And Thank you O’Reilly of Carthage Tx!!! God bless!!!

They will get mad at you if you return back a part that supposedly has lifetime warranty I mean come on now and then be really rude telling me I don’t care if you take your business somewhere else like that’s not good customer service disappointed on the manager the rest of the staff was nice the manager ??

All went well except they didn't have the exact item I went there to get. Online said there were some on hand. I found an alternate item but would have been happy with Motorcraft brand for my 2001 Ford.

Let’s start by saying this store is laid out really well and it is clean. Great location that isn’t hard to get to. I was asked if I needed help and I ended up needing some when I didn’t think I would. The only bad part is the staff was cussing when I came in. I’m not talking like just one word but like full on cuss words. I’m a not against expressing one’s self but there is definitely a time and a place for it. I do not think she realized that there was a customer in there otherwise I probably wouldn’t have heard it. Her coworker was smart enough to tell her a customer was there shopping. We all make mistakes and maybe she will learn from that and be aware of her surroundings from now on. I don’t live in Carthage so I do not see myself coming back here. It was kind of a fluck I was there in the first place. Thanks for having the things I needed to change my sons oil on his truck.

If they don't have it, they will suggest other businesses in town. These folks are always helpful. Get my batteries for our Harleys here. They always have something on the shelf. Oh, and spark plugs for our bikes.
