“We needed to get 2 new mailboxes put up in a new location. We already had the 911 address; we just needed to get boxes. Went to the post office in Carthage, and there was a long line. Two people were working the counter and apologized for the wait saying they would be with us as soon as possible. Also someone from the back came out to see if she could help anyone who just needed to drop something off. When it was our turn, they were super helpful and told us everything we needed to do; even gave us the number for TX Dot to set the posts. Highly recommend!”
