Rock N Roll Express Carwash is a welcome addition in Carthage. The machine does an excellent job of washing vehicles and the crew knows their stuff. They give a little pre-wash as you pull in. The vacuums are strong and work well in a good setup. The manager is excellent at handling customer service. One employee is incredibly passionate about the carwash and the safety of the employees. For the membership or unlimited plan price, it is better than what can be done for 16 bucks. However, a recent price increase means some customers will not be going as often. Some find the service unprofessional with no response to concerns. Do not expect the grill, headlights, front bumper, windshield, or mirrors to be clean. Do not expect to go in unscathed with a half-ton truck, as the brushes play squash with the mirrors. If you can't be bothered with washing your vehicle yourself, this place is the ok'est in town.

This car wash is a welcome addition in Carthage and have been quite frequently, but due to the recent price increase, I will not be going as often. Inflation affects us all but I think volume is more important than margin. There is a self spray wash closer to me so I'll be spending some money there.

First time there and I liked it but wondering how much is a monthly plan and how many cars I can take I have 3 cars
