Doesn’t take Chime bank cards for some reason that was not explained to me. It seems kinda strange to reject a customer’s money because it’s in a certain bank. I have been here before and used this card here before with no issues. I like the place but have to give it two stars now for the fact that I have to stop at an atm and get money out now before I can even use it.

I have a membership here and use the car wash quite frequently, I pulled in this morning to vacuum out my car before dropping it off to be serviced The vacuums were on I started vacuuming and the employee turned the vacuums off. I looked at my watch. It was like six minutes until they open. For the amount of money I pay for the membership. What does it matter if I’m vacuuming out my car how petty is it for you to turn the vacuums off it’s not like I was asking you to vacuum my car 🤦♀️🙄

This car wash is a welcome addition in Carthage and have been quite frequently, but due to the recent price increase, I will not be going as often. Inflation affects us all but I think volume is more important than margin. There is a self spray wash closer to me so I'll be spending some money there.

The rudest and most unprofessional behavior by the worker. It’s a car wash for crying out loud. Guide me into the bumper, point to the sign that says to let off the brake and leave me be. Screaming and gestures aren’t necessary!

It's better than what I can do for 16 bucks. Just don't expect the grill, headlights, front bumper, windshield, or mirrors to be clean. And don't expect to go in unscathed if you have a half-ton truck. Even if I fold my mirrors, the brushes play squash when them.
But, if you can't be bothered with washing your vehicle yourself, this place is the ok'est in town.

stay away from this place paid for the deluxe service truck came out 95 % clean took back thru to resolve it associate at front said i had tree sap on it and i could hand scrub it very rude and disrespectful will go to a you wash it for now on the days of customer care and quality pride in service are gone

For $20 your vehicle too can leave looking the same way it did when you pulled in! Very disappointed! 3 grown men standing around & 1 barely scrubbed tailgate! So glad it took all of you to stand around & do NOTHING! I will continue to drive to Marshall they at least give a pre scrub and truck comes out look very clean especially for $20!

I have used this car wash and subscribed to unlimited for months that maybe got used 2 or 3 times a month. The 23rd of march,I wash truck, went lumber yard,saw oil on truck still,went back to car wash,unload lumber,hand wash with brush, won't let me thru because I used once already that day.load lumber,go to second car wash to rinse off truck to go to wedding. I told manager I would cancel and he didn't care. Contacted wash and still no response was unprofessional to me

I was very disappointed with the service and the young man controlling the car wash! He was Very Disrespectful and wouldn’t give his name or manager information! I pay monthly and desire my windshield to be cleaned when I come to get my vehicle washed! Tonight is 3/6/24, maybe you can identify this young man and give him instructions on how to treat and talk to customers!!
