Didn’t even get what I wanted. The first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got. He asked if I liked the nails and I shook my head no and said no and he just laughed.

horrible customer service. paid $115 for two pedicures and 3 days later 5 of my toes no longer have polish and i paid extra for gel. called for a refund and was told “ i dont think so “ and when i explained i will be on vacation for another 8 days she hung up on me bc she couldnt fix it. absolutely ridiculous. i took a shower and watched two toes of polish literally just lift off and wash away. spend money somewhere else bc this place obviously doesnt deserve it.

Worst place ever, the owner Julie is very rude. If she feels like it’s busy she’s gonna rush on your nails and or brows. Just so she can hurry up and get to the next person.
My daughter only gets overlays we sat waiting for over 30 minutes which was no problem … when it was my daughter time, we go to the table and she finally give my daughter some soaker and tell us to wait another 30 minutes while she puts ANOTHER PERSON in front her. When from the GO she could’ve had my daughter soaking and we would’ve been ready. And when I asked she say We BUSY and it’s only 3 people in there .
Her workers are nasty 🤮 one man came from smoking outside and never washed his hands went straight to the customer.

Very poor service!!!!!!! Came to get a pedicure and was treat definitely different from other customers. I been there for almost a hour was not offered a drink. But another race definitely was offered. 2. I know my toes lol was trying to apply acrylic when not asked. I never got a pedicure just polish. The nail tech filed my skin instead of toe. Iam so disappointed ☹️ this was my only off day for awhile to pamper myself. Service was horrible and Iam a sweet person and definitely got treated like garbage.

Me and my friend went to go get our nails done and they did not listen at all and were incredibly disrespectful. I told him what I wanted and they almost refused to do it. My friends nail tech kept trash talking her in another language. I would not recommend going there.

First time here. When I saw the condition of the chairs provided when waiting I almost left. So glad I didn't. Service was awesome. My finger nails turned out amazing and pedi was on point!Services: Pedicure

Had a pedicure and manicure done today. It was actually my first manicure ever. I had a great experience and love my nails! The lady who did my nails was just the sweetest- I'm sure I'll be back!

The polish on my nails started flaking off 2 days after I got a manicure. And since i was getting a pedicure also, no kind of manicure was actually given, just a paint job. lady rubbed a sore on the side of my foot and still didn't get my callous off the side of my toe. Absolutely pitiful. I will never come back to this incompetent place.

Very nice people but if I could suggest taking a class to update techniques. I love a beautiful apex build but what I received was circa 2000's prom nail. I'm slightly embarrassed to show my nails at the moment :/
