The purpose of this review is about an incident that happened at Caine’s Hardware Store in Carthage, TX , whereas my husband made a purchase and accidentally left his wallet at the checkout. So we called them first thing Monday morning and the manager said it was in their safe but when he went to go pick it up the same day, they said they could not find it in the safe. So my husband never got his wallet back. So disappointing that it went that direction.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of quality products. I have been many times and they always seem to get me what I need and do it with a smile. Great place.
