Young lady working up front is rude. Not good at customer service. Maybe have her work where she doesn't have to interact with customers.

We went there to get a passport picture for my toddler. When you walk in, no one seems to want to help you. We walked closer to the photo counter and that's when a tall, thin, bleach blonde guy had no other option but to say "can i help you?" I then asked "yes, im looking to get a passport picture done" he said "OF WHO!?" In a loud condescending tone while staring at my toddler who I was carrying. When I said "of her" he promptly, without me being able to say anything else, yelled "ABSOLUTELY NOT" he continued yelling at me and lecture me on how young my daughter is (she is almost two and was cool calm and collected) and therefore they don't offer those services. Told me I needed to hire a professional, while continuing to be condescending and making hand gestures for us to leave. I told him he needed to change his approach and be polite to people, that he didn't need all the extra "sas" and that I clearly didn't know, otherwise I would have not gone there" Funny thing is, my friend and his wife went to cvs to get a passport of their 8month old at another location and they were nothing but nice to them. I guess it depends on the location you go to. Definitely do not go to this one so Mr CVS can embarrass you. Even though I was recommended CVS, I will not recommend it to anyone. Being a mean, rude, condescending person is not something you can change with training. I was embarrassed in front of my family! Will never go again.

The minute clinic needs the attention of CVS executive leadership. Came in on a Saturday 4:45pm seeking a very simple test, the person at the minute clinic was lazy an unwilling to help because they were closing at 5:30pm and I would need to schedule an appointment for tomorrow.. I asked do you have any more appointments coming in today, she replied No she was getting ready to close for the remaining 45 min. This is more of staffing issue and mentality to work. Take your business else where m, I did.

The old hag at the front register was very rude and needs an attitude adjustment. I would be bitter too if I was ancient and still working In retail. She can quit if she's not happy with her job.

So the location is good, the outside is good, the inside is devoid of human contact. It's pandemic and there is nothing on the shelf and the costs of everything is astronomic. I'd pass on this one and go to another - but forget the Walgreens that's close by as it's sad bad with the exception of better people.

They've been pretty good with sending me text messages when my prescriptions are ready, and contacting my Dr. for refills, but if you have to speak with the pharmacist (a thin Asian man) I don't know his name, he is rude ! I've been a customer for at least 20 yrs. I pay for my Extra Care card, I called after visiting the Drive-Thru to ask if they could input my Health Ins. info to see if my meds were covered, since they missed the correct info when I went in person, and he said they were too busy. He was also rude to my sister from out of town whom I recommended CVS to. They also have expired over-the-counter medication. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. I never write negative reviews about any company, but this time I've had it. I've asked him about instructions about medication and he tells me to read the label. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit. I will update my review when I have his name. This is the CVS pharmacy on West Ave in Castle Hills. I hope someone actually reads these reviews and makes changes or else they will continue to lose customers. They've just lost me.

They cancelled my covid test appointment via email the day before my morning appointment. I had made the appointment over a week prior. No explanation, just we cancelled you.

Same here, waiting for a rapid test result right now and I went yesterday around 430 they said that I have the results by at least seven, nothing this place is absolute trash, try somewhere else. I'm still waiting on the results next day at 10:45 AM

I went in at 5:30 to get a prescription and they couldn't find it. They finally found it at exactly 6:00 but they wouldn't give it to me because they close at 6:00. Not only is it not my fault they took long but it was one pill they could have handed to me. I would understand if i went in to pick it up at 6:00 and they were closed when i arrived but that's not what happened. They were also super rude.

We went to get Rapid COVID test results at 2:40 and it is 7 pm at night and we are STILL waiting on results!! That is not very RAPID!! Unacceptable! Take your business elsewhere.

Longest wait ever for a prescription that was sent in since 3pm today!!! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before we were able to have anyone inside acknowledge us. Pharmacist comes to window after ringing the call button 4 times!! Only to wait another 10-15 minutes- I understand being understaffed or busy but you can at least let the people waiting know that you will be with them shortly or your experiencing a long wait time, etc. etc.!! Changing my darn prescription!!
