“Great selection and excellent prices! The owners seem like great people and are very friendly. They have numerous house-made sausages (I tried the mango habañero, delicious!), pre-seasoned/marinated meats, and some of the best steak I’ve had. It’s worth a trip if you don’t live close by!”
“My favorite deer processor! I’ve been to other processors and i only shoot doe’s. One processor gave me back like 7year old Rutty buck meat. It wasn’t good at all, but this place ALWAYS gives me my deer back!! The jalapeño smoked sausage is quite possibly the best recipe that i have EVER tasted.”

“My favorite beef jerky love the taste. Gamey flavor with a sweet honey taste. Been coming here since it was a small shop that would process my deers. Now they have everything from sauces to seasonings as well. Dry sausage, peppered and teriyaki by the pound is my favorite. I also like the cheese yummy. Make a trip every few weeks if you have not tried if you’re missing out!”
