Out of all of my experiences with purchasing a vehicle. This purchase at Maxwell in Castroville Texas was the worst. We have purchased many used autos from different dealerships and we have never had any problems. I paid cash for the truck for my son and it has not been 20 days since purchase and the truck has broken down and left my son on foot. I have called my sales man Luis and he notified me that he would have the Sales Manager call me back since it’s something he could not handle. Luis reached out by text to see if I had been contacted yet. Obviously he did notify the manager but til this day I have not been contacted. Seems like they just made their sale and now they are not available to reach out back to me. I have tried to call and I’m on hold for a long time. I have left messages with receptionist and voice mail. I would really just like my 30 day return policy since I have paid on a truck that is not working for my son. I live 2/12 hours away so it’s not like I could just take it to their shop. It’s funny that they can’t seem to call me back for this but i was immediately contacted by them after my truck purchase but only to offer auto insurance since Maxwell also owns an auto insurance company. I had really considered giving them a chance but now that I am not getting the service that I need I’m glad that I will not purchase a auto insurance policy with them. I will not refer or recommend any other person to this dealership. I also tried to sell them a auto and was only asked for the information of the vehicle but was not reached back to give the offer since they do purchase autos. I guess they only worry about making money out of you and not really helping you out. Worst service ever don’t let them trick you because once sold you will never get the help and assistance from them.

Rick was great, not pushy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Told him my situation and was up front with everything. Martin was awesome with financing and got be a great interest rate a monthly payment. Highly recommend this place.

My husband purchased a brand new Dodge Ram from this dealership. He has had nothing but issues with this vehicle. I do not feel safe having my family riding in this vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership! They have had our truck way over a week to fix another issue with this truck, with no positive results and hardly any feedback. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.

Staff in service was excellent and the maintenance was great. The dealership is a disappointment. Making appointment was a zoo, called and left message two times, tried on line two times before it worked. The coffee machine was broke, there were no snacks and the snack machine charged $10 for two pkgs of cookies. Last year i requested a list of covered items on the life time warrenty i purchased for a bunch of money and was told it would be mailed, I am still waiting. As I said earlier, the workers are great but management needs to improve. I would think they could at least go to WalMart to buy a Keurig and snacks. Go to other dealers and see how they treat custoners that spend $80K on a truck.

Truck had a couple issues( brand new), they order the parts , and when they try to fixed them , service broke other parts . Is just been a hassle back and forth. I try reaching out the service manager left voicemail and never got a call back .
