Best place to train MMA

I'm doing the 16 week FitSmart Challenge there and I love it! I find myself watching the clock looking forward to class time. It's the 2nd week and I am already able to keep up better. My flexibility has greatly improved!

Did my first class with the Fit Challenge......have not been able to walk normal for the past 2 days�....I am not new to exercising.....very impressed with just the first class and I'm excited to see how I feel by the end!!
