I'm not one to usually give a bad review but i feel the need to let people know about them. I bought a pair of Lane boots from them, they were on sale when I bought them. Unfortunately, the boots did not fit me, I reached out asking to exchange them. After not getting an email response, I emailed again asking for someone to respond. Finally 5 days later I get a phone call from an extremely rude woman. She stated they don’t do returns on items that are more than 15% off. I then said I was not asking for a credit or store credit, I just wanted to exchange them. She told me well I don’t even have that item in stock, I said do you have the little booties? I am willing to pay extra for the booties, as well as any shipping cost, I would just like to be able to get something that I can use. She then continued to state that their policy is what it is and she would not be helping me. I now have a pair of boots that I spent good money on that don’t fit me that I have nothing I can do with them. Lesson learned for shopping from a small business like this, I was willing to pay extra just to get something I could actually use and she didn’t even try to help. I will never purchase from this boutique again. Be careful purchasing from this boutique.

The owner made me feel stupid yesterday 06/09/2023He kept on& on&on after I told him over & over to simply just check me out. I have bought many many items there. I was going to buy more yesterday but why should I give him my business. I went down the street when I was treated GREAT!!This Hispanic lady support small business/ about 80% of my clothing, ect are from local boutiques!!!

Fast shipping. Arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased they had the item I was looking for when everywhere else was sold out. Would order from Southern Creek Boutique again if the opportunity arises.

I have been in this store 5 times in the last 2 months and many more times over the last 4 years there is a short middle aged blonde woman who does not seem to like me she acts like its inconvenient to help me in anyway she will not talk to me rolled her eyes at me sighed and ignored me and tapped her fingers waiting for me to pay she has had the worst attitude every time I’ve been in the store I have never felt more unwelcome while shopping in any boutique in this town until I started dealing with this particular woman I find it disgusting considering the amount of money I’ve spent in this storeI did consider not posting a review because I have seen how reviews are taken if it is not positive but this is happening repeatedly to me the customer I live a few blocks away and its a small townThe owners are polite and helpful the young girls are engaging and bubbly but this new woman just seems to hate meI know losing my business won’t affect this company but hopefully they will read this review and address the employee

I'm not one to usually give a bad review but in this case I think people should hear this before walking into this store. I bought a $150 jacket from this place that I returned..They won't give me my money back.. They will only give me a store credit which forces me to shop here when I live far away and do not come here often..This business should be ran better and be more considering to customers that pay for their overcharged items in my opinion! The right thing to do is to give customers their money back the way they paid for a returned item and not force people to spend money there by giving them only store credit for a return item.. I love to support small business's! But i will not support another uncaring selfish business like this one!

Stop by today and I had the worst experience… the person that was working was following me around like if I was going to steal something… and to lock the door right when we are standing by it. It made my daughters and I so uncomfortable. I never felt such Discrimination. I will never shop here.

I have lived in the area for several years and must haven driven past this cute little boutique a million times. Today, they were having their TENT sale and I finally stopped. And, thank goodness I did!! Everything in the tent was 10 dollars or less!! I got over $100 worth of beautiful southern clothes for only $30! After my bargain shopping I walked through the boutique and was so impressed with their selection. There is something for everyone and something for every price point! I will definitely be going back to do some summer shopping!

We went for Black Friday and the girls behind the counter are not very customer friendly. My daughter went back today and once again, not very nice. My daughter made her purchase and said thank you. NOT ONE of those girls said anything back. As she walked out of the store they all start to giggle. Please teach your employees to be nice to the people who try to support your local business. You want locals to support you, you have to be friendly to your customers.
