My Dad needed milk replacement for a calf, I called to make sure they had it in stock & said I'd rush to get there before closing. Of course I ran into trouble in LaCoste😠But I quickly called to say I was only TWO minutes away --it was 5 minutes till closing-- and Miss Randie told me she would not be able to help me. If I'm not INSIDE the store by closing, they WILL NOT HELP. It doesn't matter if there are still customers in the store, No!!!
She told me her hands were tied. Pretty damn crappy.

I went to this location looking for flea and tick medicine and when I asked the staff for information on the product they had little knowledge and felt like they wanted to rush me out cause closing was coming near I was upset I bought a product that barely did anything for my dog just wow they need to educate their staff and hire helpful people
