You got thieves working here, paid for 16 bags of chips and I had 14 bags of chips leaving the store. I never check receipts but the guy look super suspicious so I checked the receipt this time! Wow

Love this place. Organized, very helpful, and friendly associate's. Eh a bit short handed but we still go there would go anywhere else but my DG 6751 FM 535 in Cedar Creek, Tx 78612 Thank you guys for all you do. Of course I'm the trouble maker ha they know me . 🤭✌🏻♥️

Bad customer service. The manager thought my granddaughter was being rude but the manager had NO name tag and she said since my granddaughter addressed me to ask that lady she got mad. If this place went out of business that would be bad, but with customer service like that they just lost my business.

This stor is always so messy. It's never clean. It always looks like it's going through a remodel. Its so hard to even find the simple items. Maybe I could over look that islf the customer service was good but even that, the employees are so rude. I saw the girl that checked me out push the " very happy" rating on the CC pad when I walked away. Now I know why this store has a 4.2 rating. It's all fake. This store could be great if only management or corporate could give it some TLC

Over all good experiences, but in the last month or so. At least twice the store has been closed before the advertise time stamped at the doors, or they open late. Just make your hours clear so that one can visit the store and don’t be disappointed.

Doesn’t open on time. Been waiting outside for 20+ minutes. Knocked on doors and no one around. Also have called and no answer.

Informance and crisis workers here if you don't care about that then there is alot of congestion of stockers working most days and wild dogs that run around the parking lot. A 5 min shop can take 30 min

There were 4 puppies running around the store the owners were shopping. No harness no leash there were 2 puddles of pee from the dogs in the chip isle. Cards had rolled through it dogs had run through it and had tracked it all over the store. It smelled so strong of urine in the store it was nauseating The worker was more concerned with how.cute they were
