This place is outstanding. I purchased a cart from them a little over 2 years ago. The manufacturers warranty had expired when I recently ran into a problem with my lithium ion battery. I called them at 915 am and spoke with the owner JB. I didnt even have to ask and he said his driver would be by that same morning to pick up the cart so they could take a look at it. The driver arrived at my house an hour and 5 minutes later. JB and his crew determined the computer needed an update or something and it was easily fixed. The cart was brought back to my house by 230 pm the SAME day. JB said this service was covered for free by Goodbull's warranty and I paid nothing. If you buy a cart anywhere else you are making a mistake. Goodbull was recommended to me by a fellow golfer when I was looking to buy and it has been a pleasure to do business with them.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. Worked on my cart, including pickup and delivery. I didn't even purchase the cart from them. I would never consider using anyone else for my golf cart needs.

These guys really went out of their way to get me the information I needed for a custom built golf cart!!! They knew exactly who I needed to contact and where I could fine the information on the internet. Very knowledgeable and very kind and very patient with me any my questions.

They picked my cart up on a Monday and brought it back on Thursday. They did an oil change, tune up, and repairs. All good.

I recently purchased a golf cart from Good Bull Golf Carts, and after visiting a couple of other dealerships, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. JB and his team were refreshingly straightforward, asking all the right questions to understand what I truly needed rather than pushing a sale. I was initially drawn to one cart, but JB explained why it might not fit my goals for business use and suggested a better option—even when it was a less expensive choice! I really appreciated the honesty and thoughtful guidance, especially since it’s easy to get caught up in the ‘glitz’ of more expensive options.
I had the chance to test drive several carts, and JB’s advice helped me select the right one. Later, when I needed adjustments to the cart’s performance, their team was incredible—they picked up the cart, performed the maintenance, and returned it to me free of charge. It genuinely felt like a partnership. I’ll be buying all of my golf carts from Good Bull moving forward!

I bought a battery for my golf cart today but when I got home …couldn’t get the screws tightened so I called them thinking I needed to go back and get different ones….anyway I totally floored when the owner said he would send the manager over and he would put it in!!!!! I was so shocked that they would do this for me…. I never expected that wonderful service……

Great sales experience. Sara was extremely attentive and proactive, and we also got a great price. We got our 2021 Club Car 6 seater delivered in Northwest Austin and we will absolutely work with Good Bull in the future again.

These guys are great! I was concerned about the performance of my cart; was it the batteries or something else. Good Bull performed a diagnostic check on the cart. It turned out that after a full charge, the batteries strength was diminished by 80%. Luckily, the only issue was the batteries which they replaced and gave the cart a clean bill of health. I trust Good Bull with my golf cart and so should you.
