Don’t come to this place these employees are lazy and do not want to do their job . Came in for a cancellation and was told I couldn’t do it bc I wasn’t the policy holder, even after I had called before even going and told that I couldn’t cancel as long as I am on the policy. Anyway walked out and called another location and was able to cancel over the phone! Amax do better!!!

Went to get a policy 3/8/25 rep said to start 797$ for 3 cars. Ok I get it gotta make some money somehow. Policy start amount was 597$ through the company. Well 2 days later I received in the mail I needed SR22 so I called to prove it the rep Julissa said 235$. This is my first time having to get SR22 remind you. After signing paperwork I noticed the company only charges 35$. So basically in 3 days this same rep charged me 400$ for her commission. I u ferry’s f how things work and I get it but she was very disrespectful at communicating and cuts you off. Then also goes to say well payment is already processed so there’s nothing that could be done. Just rude
