I walked in and was met immediately with a representative (no waiting on a Saturday afternoon). Monica listened to my needs was very helpful making suggestions but ultimately had to refer me to her manager Jocelin Riley for my special circumstances. She was a godsend straightening out my account issues that I have been struggling with for 4 months. Thank you so much Jocelin!

June 8, the sells rep lied stated our phones don't have insurance, but called att and we do. His name was Derrick. The lady with the braids and gray shirt on was rude. Today June 19th , walk in there and no one speaks and they standing by the door. I immediately walk right back out. I have been going here for years this is the worst customer service ever!!!

What is the use os scheduling an appointment when you still have to wait for walk-in. I walked in no o e acknowledged me and pro ended to assist the walk in customers first.

Only giving 2 stars because the store is clean as far as the service trash the manager Candace trash, very passive aggressive for no reason nobody introduced themselves said hi to me or anything when I walked in the store. It was like a very dark feeling definitely didn’t feel welcoming at all. This is a corporate store. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I was corporate I’d have the manager retrained.

I’m here to rave about Jose in the Cedar Hill, TX location.
Jose did his best with limited staffing and a wide variety of customers.As many, MANY customers started to pour into the store, Jose remained professional, He kept his composure and made contact with everyone. He made sure that everyone was aware of the wait ahead, and he also aimed to make himself aware of everyone's needs.

Worst service ever was there 3 times called at&t twice no help what so ever!! No manager to come out and help. We gave them all the info needed to transfer a line, they had no record of it. Worst Service ever!!!
Went to AT&T in lancaster they helped get it resolved in one try

This location has excellent customer service. Manuel was extremely helpful! The manager and other employees were very helpful as well.

Surprisingly there was no wait time when I entered the store. Customer service was also fine. But $55 for 1 screen protector???? RIDICULOUS!!! The representative failed to mention to that cost until after it was placed on my phone and I was charged. AT&T should have included one with the purchase. Go to Amazon, they're much cheaper!!!

Darrin was amazing! Usually no one knows what they're doing in an ATT store and they have absolutely no knowledge or can't tell you anything. He tells me they do get bad rep for it but. They only say all we do is cell phones and cases. Anyway Darrin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my mom reset her iPad,her iwatch, and also give her options about her phone. I was able to trade in my phone he also helped me with that. The five stars is for Darrin. Not the store. 🤦🏽♀️

My experience was great Jose was my customer service rep and he was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and polite patient and understanding. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
