I was very disappointed with the attitude of my store rep Mikey. I went into the store to upgrade my phone. It was a very easy sale because I knew what I wanted but not really sure what I needed. I made a comment about recently losing my air pods and he completely ignored me. Mikey was very dry and not very informative and when I asked was he ok his response was yes I’m ok I am just not an upbeat person. I let him know I wasn’t looking for him to be upbeat but helpful and personable. Why are workingIn customer service if you know that you are a dry person that comes across like you don’t want to help?? He did apologize but I will probably not return to the Cedar Hill location for help in the future.

They employees at this store would NOT help me with my phone. The guy with pink hair said he wouldn't help me, and the only lady in the store at the front wouldnt help at 3pm today. They said it would be something I have to do on my own. I had to drive all the way to O'Cliff for help. I recommend to see the guys at 1818 Sylvan Ave, they will ALWAYS HELP.

Edgar provided EXCELLENT customer service. Was knowledgeable about the product, Apple Watch.He was able to diagnose the problem, resolve the issue and save me money, when an agent from another store advised otherwise.

I’ve had the same phone number and service provider for almost 10 years now. I’ve officially decided to make the switch to T-Mobile as of today. My experience with this location in particular has been the #1 driver, along with the many bugs and issues with the online and mobile apps. It’s impossible to pay my bill. I’ve never known of a cell phone provider that doesn’t want your money. It took 3 separate visits to change my address and update my primary contact info, and still could not pay my bill through my app. Purchased the $45 phone case with the “lifetime warranty”. It cracks within a week of purchasing the phone, and when I David for a receipt or something showing me how the service would work he simply stated it’s attached to my line and I just needed to walk in store and exchange it. My wifi is shut off, can’t pay through the app or online, my cell phone gets a past due fee and I have the unfortunate luck of getting Latoya. I called a few days prior and her attitude was terrible then as well, but people have their days I went in with optimism. That was quickly dashed. If you do decide to come to this location just hope you do not get this individual. That’s all I’ll say on that. Lastly she takes the protector off my phone and tells me I owe $10.95….. no one ever said that before. A pack of 3 costs that on Amazon. You pay $50 for a screen protector and another $11 each time, which apparently isn’t for “labor” as they wouldn’t just give it to me. She couldn’t explain the fee lol. If I switch that out 1-2 a month I’m essentially paying $300 a year on screen protectors. Some warranty. Stay away from this location!

The store is supposed to open at 10am. I arrived at 10 sharp just to be told that only one worker had shown up for work and they could not let any customers in until another worker arrived. Finally two more workers arrived about 10:20. One of them snuck in through the back, as if all of us customers standing outside didn't notice. This is outright ridiculous. I spent $3k that day. I should have taken my business to a different store.

Mikey was so helpful!! He helped my mom switch from a Samsung to an iPhone and helped with my upgrade. Such an enjoyable person and easy to talk to. When we come back it will definitely be with Mikey!

I just want to recognize Nikki at the Cedar Hill Store and let everyone know, that this woman has the patience of Job. I was having issues with my phone not charging. I was sent to this store because it is a corporate store. Nikki went above and beyond. She called everyone she could think of and handled my problem. She did not stop until it was taken care of. Give that woman a raise. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Don’t go to the Cedar Hill Texas ATT store if you want good customer service, as a matter of fact, 90% of the ATT locations I’ve been to (exception, their John’s Creek, GA location) have very poor and lousy customer service! They’re more interested in selling you overpriced accessories rather than listening to you and assisting you in purchasing what you came for! ATT makes their money off their service contracts agreements which is why they give you the phones for practically nothing, then lock you into 3 years of service agreements!My latest experience with ATT was yesterday (9/27) when I went in to upgrade my phone! I was shown a lack of courtesy, limited to almost no interaction with me the customer! The sales associate was more interested in playing with his cellphone, chatting to his coworkers rather than answering this customer's questions! I felt as though I was inconveniencing him just by showing up! If I could give them zero stars I would because it was an underwhelming experience!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Latoya Collins was omg excellent she help me transition from an android to an IPhone her customer service was out of this world I recommend this location to anyone needing that A1 service thank you so much will be back soon.

i broke my phone after 1 drop and got it replaced but when i wanted to transfer my stuff the screen was broke and i thought it would be impossible but they managed to do it!!! it was gavin and then another guy who actually did the problem solving but i forgot his name :( ... gavin was cute tho so shout out to him.
