Great experience at the AutoZone in Cedar Hill! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable—they assisted me in identifying the correct windshield wiper blade for my vehicle. I really appreciated their patience and expertise. I was able to install the wiper as soon as I got home, and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend this location for fast, reliable service!

This has been the worst AutoZone I’ve ever dealt with. My cousin and I stopped doing any commercial business with them because of the consistently poor customer service. The representative handling commercial accounts always has a terrible attitude, making it seem like we’re inconveniencing her whenever we need assistance.
Additionally, I placed an online order for a filter around 10 AM, and there was no movement on it until I had to contact customer service myself. Even then, it took customer service 20 minutes just to get in touch with the store because they weren’t answering their phones.
At this point, I’d rather drive an extra 10–15 minutes to a different location, like Duncanville, where I’ve never had these issues. Unfortunately, this location, like many other businesses in Cedar Hill, has gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

Had a dead battery before work, sat in lot until they opened at 730. Walked in and african american lady told me. We will be with you in a minute, after I stood in front of her for a minute. You should be ready when the doors open right? Isidro walked in and was told to help me, when 2 others are already there. Isidro waited on me kindley, and the person who walked in behind me. He also proceeded to change my battery. Friendly and efficient. Still no work out of the other employees there, how unfair.....I want to give upper management a kudos for Isidro, and inform them that the other employees are being paid to do NOTHING!!

I got quality customer service from this Autozone in Cedar Hill, and hey, you don’t get that everywhere. Definitely recommend a visit if you need some parts.

George was very helpful.. I really needed window wipers for my car and I had no clue what I was doing and he helpped me get a safe option for my car and put them on for me, while also showing what to do for the next time! Thank you!

After waiting forever… Maurice F. Started his shift, Came out and asked what did I need help with. He replaced the battery that was sold to me incorrectly, with the correct one! He did it seamlessly and with a smile. When you go to the cedar hill location… Ask for Maurice!
