I went there to get my battery checked, my battery was bad and I needed a new one. However, my terminal was so corroded it wouldn’t come off. Erick D went the extra mile to help get out of and replaced, if not for him I wouldn’t have been able to drive away. It’s so rare to find someone who will really go out of their way to help! These guys are amazing!!

I was help helped by Erick D and he was great. I went to another AutoZone and they weren’t able to find the part I needed under my warranty. But the people here was helpful and come to find out the oft was under warranty the other autozone really lacked. Thanks to Erick D and staff in the cedar hill.

I went into the store today due to my car overheating. I was blessed to have came across Maurice. He was extremely helpful and very nice! With it being so cold outside he was still willing to help me get my car going. Thank you Maurice for everything you did!

I had a battery problem and George was extremely helpful and courteous. I have a mobility issue and George was very helpful in this regard also. Another Auto Zone said I would need to remove my old battery and install the new one myself which would be difficult for me to do since I am on a walker.

Update: 11/18/23 After waiting for my refund on the warranty for the brake pads for 12 days, it never was credited to my account. I went to the Wheatland store to check on my refund. Come to find out it was never done correctly by the other manager. The receipt showed that it was refunded though. Be sure and check your account on all warranty refunds from this store! If I had not checked and stayed on top of it I would have been out over $50 dollars! Shame on the store managers for not doing their job correctly! I will never visit this store again. Worse autozone around, PERIOD! Funny how they had heard of Chisty M. at the Wheatland store. They were very nice and handle my refund perfectly.Came in the around 1:00 pm 11/6/23 picked up brake pads for my truck. I was helped by a manager with a grey shirt. I did not catch his name he had long hair and glasses very nice. He was able to find where I had purchased them in the past so they were under warranty but discontinued. Told him wow you found that fast! So went home replaced the brakes it went real smooth. Went back to autozone around 3:45pm to return the old pads for the warranty. Stood in line and waited my turn. Was called up to the counter by a manager her name was Christi M. I believe, wears a grey shirt. She ask my # and proceeded to tell me how they were not under warranty that in 2022 I refunded a set of brakes but had no warranty. Never even asked what the vehicle was. She was very short and excited maybe even mad. I could not figure why, I had not done a thing wrong! Next she proceeds to tell me to step aside that her satisfaction employee who wears a red shirt would help me and called another person from the line. I thought wow what just happened. She went down where the satisfaction employee was and proceeds to tell him she looked the pads up and they were not under warranty. The kid had been trying to help a guy with windshield wiper blades the whole time I was there and was unable to complete that simple task. Another manager walked by tall guy very nice and I explained what had happened so he decided to help. She came to the workstation next to us and was running her mouth about how she had worked there ten yrs. and how she had diabetes and wasn't going to put up with nothing to the customer she was helping. I told the manager helping me "Maybe she needed to go get a meal." She was still running her mouth. So as he finished with my refund I asked nicely what her name was. By this time the whole store had an eye on what was going on. Miss drama queen stuck her name tag about a foot away from my face. Told her I was going to write a review of my experience. She rudely said "GOOD DO IT!" I have been coming to autozone since they opened the doors seems like 30 years ago. I have never had such poor service from any employees at autozone, much less from a manager. This is unacceptable service. I have had her help me before in the past and she was nice. So its not like she don't know how to do her job. She should realize that there is others out there twice as smart and are willing to do her job and do it twice a good! Please autozone don't let this incident go unnoticed. The whole store witnessed her bad behavior. The satisfaction kid she wanted to help me was asking for help as I left with those wiper blades. She told me to have a nice day as I was walking out with a giggle. I told her have the day you deserve. Just for the record I was not rude or did I cuss. I know how people like to lie now a days. She is a problem if she can't do her job and control her nasty attitude. I will update my review if autozone reaches out to me. Loyal customer for many years. Thanks.

Always rushing and never having time to move in a slower lane...my truck wouldn't start. Was able to get the battery jumped off and I rushed to Autozone. I was so fortunate to get Maurice, the Asst. Manager to check my battery, replace it and have me in and out in less than 20 minutes. No haggling, just pure and honest great customer service. Need more people like him willing to assist us. Thanks Maurice!!! You are appreciated.

Eric was so kind and helpful! He went above and beyond to provide excellent service to me and showed me exactly what the diagnostic test revealed and where the part was located within my car. I really appreciate him and will definitely be back for my automotive needs!

I bought a battery from here a couple years ago. It failed so today I went in to have a warranty replacement. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The manager got me a new battery and installed it for me with a smile. I believe he said his name was Marcus. I left a very happy customer.
