I returned some foaming hand soaps on December 4, 2024 at the Plaza at Cedar Hill location (374 East Farm Market 1382, Cedar Hill, TX 75104). Since it was an online order, I was told I do not get a return receipt and I'd get an email instead. Well one week later today (December 11) and I have not received any email, much less any refund. I doubt I'll ever do an online order ever again if this is the return process. I've returned items bought in store with ease, instantly getting a receipt and my refund within handful of days.

Samantha was nice enough to actually greet customers and ask them if they need anything. The other associate on the other hand needs to fix her facial expressions. I was not the one that opened the drawer of the plug in refills so for you to look at me the way you did and push in the drawer, yea I didn’t appreciate it. Not sure if you had a bad day and I hope you have a better day but please learn how to deal with customers in a better manner mood wise. Stay calm, remain poise and keep in mind that this a sales event so try to keep your “mean mugging” to a minimum. What you did was lowkey unnecessary. A nice “hey is there a certain fragrance you’re looking for” would’ve sufficed. Clearly need to do more training.

Nice location of BB&W in a fancy up-scale shopping center. I went in for some hand creams, the associates were nice and even made sample for me to try at checkout when they are not available at the pickup location.
