I visited the store twice within a few days and, both times, had to wait an unreasonably long time just to get a cabinet unlocked for my items. The store was not crowded, yet I stood waiting while multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me or offering help. Despite my patience, having to ask three separate times for assistance—with no apology or urgency from the staff—was frustrating and unacceptable.
That said, I want to recognize Ms. Tonia, who was a breath of fresh air. She was the only one who showed genuine attentiveness and care during my visit. Her professionalism stood out in contrast to the rest of the experience.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially in the laptop section.
I found exactly what I needed, and checkout was fast and smooth.
Store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of inventory.
Will definitely be back for my next tech upgrade!”

You spend all this money and they fail to tell you their policies and procedures on “certain” products, & Not it’s not listed on their receipts. Ridiculous

As a longtime hobby collector and former Best Buy employee, I can confidently say this was one of the most humiliating and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had in a retail store.
I came in simply looking for a Magic Battle deck not even high demand trading cards and was told there was a limit of two. Fair enough. But the employee named Mike tells me I can only get one, then has the audacity to accuse me of “fraud” for asking about purchasing a second one. Seriously?
Not only was I accused of something completely ridiculous, but Mike also threatened to kick me out of the store for allegedly reselling. I felt completely targeted, disrespected, and frankly, discriminated against.
I’ve been in the hobby community for a long time, and I’ve never been treated this poorly especially for simply asking about a product. This store has had questionable service before, but today crossed the line.
Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on how to speak to paying customers. Just because someone knows what they’re looking for doesn’t make them a reseller or a fraud. Absolutely shameful behavior.

Waiting for help was ridiculously long and when we were walking out was when we finally got help. Plus they didn’t have much in stock for some reason. Other Best Buy stores did.

Best Buy employees are holding Pokemon product for themselves. I asked guest services to check a sku and they refused saying it didn’t exists. Tricked another associate on the floor to check for a sku and they saw it and could add it to basket to pre order and he put his device away. He said he is not allowed to give out that information. The sku doesn’t exist and the black guy in front with glasses that is bald was lying. Definitely shady stuff. Reporting to corporate to investigate.

Poor service, no staff available to assist with pc questions. Apparently, you are supposed to schedule an appointment if you want any type of customer service, the floor staff that are there, are dismissive.

I went to buy a bluetooth headphones. online said that this store was stocked with 14 items. They only had 2 and way overpriced. I guess they are focusing on impulse buyers putting it on their cc and not caring.

So my wife was shopping for the new Samsung Ring. We were not quite sold and then appears a Samsung rep who was leaving to lunch. He stopped and gave a great demonstration, he was professional and gave us suggestions on how to wear it for best results. Two weeks later and my wife is loving it.
Thanks, BTW he was a military paramedics. Good job
