This nail shop is always clean and managed well. I enjoyed my pedicure by Julie. She was courteous, particular with the cuticle clean, and polish my nails neatly. I can’t wait to come back

Anna or Rosie for dip nails. Julie for pedicures. I haven’t tried other people but everyone seems to be quite good and skilled. They have high quality products and I’ve never experienced chipping or breaking.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and refuse to go anywhere else because of the staff and the quality of service I always get. I am very active and hard on my nails and my gel nails and pedicures always last a long time. Jimmy treats his customers like friends and always makes me feel at home. If I could give 7 stars, I would.

I watched them call the police on a customer who had just gotten her nails done and the color changed but they didn’t want to fix it without her paying. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got a gel overlay on my hands and gel polish on my toes on last Friday (07/18/25). I went swimming on Sunday (07/20/25) and the polish on my feet and hands changed colors. When I went back to the nail shop on (07/22/25) they told me the only way they would fix it would be if I paid for a color change. The manager Jimmy said, “The chemicals in the pool is what causes the gel nail polish to change colors.” While trying to understand what sense that made because I have never heard of nothing like that the entire 15 years that I have been getting my nails done Jimmy called the police on me because he thought I was going to harm his workers and customers. I remained calm the entire time and when the police got there Jimmy told them that they still would do my nails as long as I paid for them. If Jimmy was truly scared for his employees and customers he would not have still kept trying to get me to get my nails done. Even the police was confused on why he made the call.
