Came here an hour before closing on a Saturday and there was only one cashier checking out a long line of people with a lazy a$$ manager breathing on her shoulder not helping at all!!! The whole line tried telling the manager to help her!! But she still stood there and did nothing!! The LP and another employee that be on the floor had to help her bag and the line actually started moving. Whoever that manager is they need to let her go!!!

Horrible service at this time 9 pm -10 pm to come, please managers check your team I came to purchase my stuff I don’t came to get this for free this Cashier was very rude I almost leave my stuff in the cashier and leave the store, but I spend my time choosing the thing the I need so I had to endure her horrible customer service.

Whoever the manager is on duty NOW on Thursday May 1st between 4-4:30 pm SHOULD NOT be managing ANYTHING! It's literally over 20 people in line with 2 cashiers. There was another lady with a mask helping but she left and went back to the floor to straighten up shelves! REALLY? I know one thing, if Manager Sandi was here today it WOULD NOT be like this! Corporate office where are YOU? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

There's 1 cashier in the store this morning with a long line. I asked the MANAGER if she could come help assist her employee, but she was too busy chatting with the dressing room attendant. She said there was nothing she could do. This store needs better management ASAP. A manager's job is to ensure the customers don't have to wait in long lines after shopping and spending money in her store. It's ridiculous.

This is my primary Burlington location, and we shop here frequently. Overall, I find it to be decent, and I've noticed improvements in cleanliness and other areas.
I want to take a moment to specifically address the security outside of Burlington, as my review is long overdue. I will soon reach out to whoever oversees their security team, because the person they hired to work weekends during the holiday season truly deserves a raise.
I believe my daughter and I were followed from Arlington back to Cedar Hill, and we didn't realize it until we exited the store. We noticed a group of 4-5 young men laughing and looking at us as they were getting back into their vehicle. When we looked over, we noticed that security was sitting in his vehicle, facing them with his lights on. He was a true blessing to us, and I cannot go another month without acknowledging how much his presence meant to us. Whatever was about to happen, he is the reason that it did not.
I feel safe at this location, and I plan to call around until I find out who he reports to. Thank you so much for your service!

I was excited to find a Burlington nearby, but unfortunately, it doesn’t meet expectations. The store is often disorganized, with empty racks throughout. The wait time is ridiculous, and it’s clear they are understaffed. It’s frustrating because it has potential, but the experience falls short.

racks were empty and disorganized. Security a HOT MESS...came up w earrings NOT EVEN in my basket...will NOT return to this store. Such an injustice to Cedar Hill!!!
