Took an old laptop to get repaired. The gentleman who assisted me was polite, knowledgeable, and ethical. He did a quick inspection, asked me a few questions, then told me the probable causes and cost. We determined the laptop was not worth the cost for the repair. I asked if I can leave it to recycle and he said yes and then proceeded with pulling out my hard drive so I can destroy the files. It was quick and friendly service.

Salesman was upfront and professional.
Was not able to solve immediate problem but gave suggestions to try and solve issues.
I appreciated his honesty.

You have good references, I would like to know if they do maintenance on gaming PCs, cleaning inside and all that, not to the system, I mean removing the parts and cleaning the dirt.

My laptop that I depend on for work stopped working yesterday, unexpectedly, and it was the worst timing for such a thing. I came across this business and I’m so thankful that I did. He saw that I was in a crunch and helped get me situated with a laptop that can handle my needs for my job as an independent insurance adjuster.
