I recently visited Cedar hill store to return some items. Interacted with sales person that wearing scarf and glassess. Unfortunately, they were dismissive and spoke in a condescending tone and rude. I would recommend additional customer service training to ensure all customers feel valued and respected. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future customer experiences

Google listing says they are open, sign on the door indicates that they open at 10AM.....it is 10:15, lights are on but the doors are locked and there is noone visible on the sales floor.

My partner and I walked in and were not greeted, although we made direct eye contact with the employees. They were too busy in a huddle discussing what they were having for dinner that evening. I saw a few cute pieces that I was interested in but unfortunately the initial “greeting” was so bad we just decided to leave empty handed. No one asked if we needed anything, looking for a particular item, no approach whatsoever. This hinder our experience extremely.

Yesss I love this store !! The faces are super friendly, value the customer. I love working in the atmosphere. My manager is the sweetest person you ever want to meet the store is always clean always have positive vibes myself have the opportunity to work there and I love it so come by and see me for free

Nice Fall selection! wide variety of plaid clothing, boots, hat, handbags, & accessories for all sizes. Store associates are willing to order an item not available in store but is available online .. Very Helpful staff
