Worst shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Upon arrival no greeting… so much for “southern hospitality”. I simply wanted my brake fluid flushed and my power steering reservoir replaced as well as flushing the liquid and the guy “doesn’t recommend it” what kinda tech is that 😂😂😂. Drove almost an hour because they don’t pick up the god damn phone and once the boss walked in he gave a “what do you want” kinda attitude instead of seeing what I need assistance with and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if he was racist, then again when you pull up to the shop in something nicer than the bosses while being a man of color I wouldn’t blame him LOL stay away from here unless you drive something regular

Cedar Hill Automotive is the ONLY place I will take my 2007 Lexus RX350. Dave and his team has been keeping my car running great for years! Initially I compared them to others places for pricing--no comparison and the work is always superb. Being a female and knowing sometimes car mechanics try to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of cars, I must admit, I have never felt that Dave wasn't giving me a fair deal. Every thing he's ever told me, I ran by my husband (who's very knowledgeable about cars) and he's always said yes, tell them to go ahead. I highly recommend Dave and his team at Cedar Hill Automotive.

Great owner, mechanics, service, and prices. Service is absolutely impeccable and very timely. I live in Mesquite and I've been a customer since 2012. I can honestly say that I've never had an issue with them and they've taken great care of all of my cars. I definitely recommend them for any and all of your Toyota or Lexus repairs.
