The vet is condescending & rude. He nit picks what you say instead of listening to your concerns.
Odd hours and the few appointments allotted are late in the day but they don't seem to like to give you one even if you ask before that it's walk in only, so you have to get there at least hours before they open, then wait 2 to 4 hours for your turn when they feel like showing up, he was extremely late.
The 2 cats got sarcomas in exactly the same area is where the injection sight was, which is a tumor mass after trauma or giving vaccinations incorrectly. He asked me if my Russian blue was my favorite because he could tell it was spoiled. How he got that idk, but he was because he was the only thing I had left after my little brother tragically died. Which none of my little guys have ever received sarcomas before from other vets. The vet looked right at me, stabbed my cat with the needle between his shoulder blades, not even looking at him. I never heard a car make the noise that he did. The noise he made haunts my dreams even years later. I feel such guilt trusting this veterinarian.
One, the inherited Russian blue ended up needing surgery for the sarcoma in his left shoulder. they kept saying they didn't take appointments but when I went in, I was surprised when people kept going in before us. When I asked, I was told they had an appointment! - _-
I ended up paying over $500 at another clinic to remove a tumor mass the cedar hill vet caused (a part of the mass was sent to a&m, which is why I know what kind of cancer he cause to my poor cat) and wouldn't fix without another office copay and wouldn't give me an appointment yet again.
On top of that, you have to request for tests over and over, ie. heartworm tests, geriatric blood work & so on.
Just heck no.
Waste of money & time.
Beware!
Update: They killed my cat that I inherited from my little brother! The sarcoma they caused, advanced & took his little life. A&M did a biopsy which proved it was their fault and they will not return my calls! Picture of my blue with a larger than a golf ball sized tumor caused by the vet here.

I read other reviews about how the doctors here don't care and cancer was overlooked on a patient. I recommend go to CityVet in Cedar Hill, they are $54 for a visit at CityVet & have locations also in wealthy Mansfield & Oaklawn also. I came here to visit this Vet and they are appointment only and it looks like a rundown building. I ran into some staff members in the back they look like have malice in their hearts they don't really care for animals. Don't visit Dr. Tim England & Dr. Ellis here. Horrible service. There was a lot of glass at the front door broken everywhere at 1030am and the lady was irritated I told her. She said the doctor already knew. It was a couple beer bottles smashed all over the front door & I had to carry my dog. He already had a cut from some glass to begin with. They need decency here. Notice their logo is a snake. Figures, the same logo on the satanic Baphomet statue

I really wish Dr. England would have helped my dog better than he did throughout the last months we were there. I wish he would have listened to my worries and concerns instead of wanting me to "save money" and tell me my dog had "allergies" when in fact, it was cancer that was spreading around the time we were seeing Dr. England. I really wish we got the help from Dr. England that my dog truly deserved. Instead of "saving money", I lost my dog which had greater value to me, than money.

Dr Ellis is great. He's not big on conversation but he knows his business when it comes to horses. I highly recommend CH vet clinic.

I had been going to Dr. England for years. Later on he appeared distracted. We seen him, his wife and son at a restsurant we went over to speak to him he waved us away to leave. Was he afraid we would say something about him and Christi??..
Later my precious Prissy was not feeling well but still eating and going around the house. John took her to see if she needed vitamins or what.
He seemed very rude and gave her a shot. John brought her home and OMG HE KILLED MY DOG!! SHE NEVER WOKE UP FROM THE SHOT. I CANNOT STAND THE MAN!!

The doctor was very rude and unnecessarily political. I asked him what can I do so my dog can live a long life he told me I was asking silly questions because I asked if organic dog food was good for her, and I asked if is she needs to exercise more because I thought she was getting overweight. He couldn’t stay on one topic and was bring up politics. Then he asked if I had any other dogs I said yes and told him the breed first thing he said was that’s just an expensive mutt, I asked what can I do or buy or give her to keep her healthy he then he started talking about his son and how terrible the school system was completely off topic the whole visits. He had no manners just a grump.

All five of my animals go to this veterinary clinic and I’m happy to have them close by. Doc is a real professional almost knows too much about everything and it’s a pleasure to visit him two or three times a year with our fur babies. Thank you for being available and doing a great job.
