Cedars Apartments is a clean, spacious, and quiet community in a good location close to everything. The apartments are older but in pretty good condition. It is a small and friendly community with people who are generally quite chill and friendly. Management is now very good, attentive, responsive, reliable, and quick. The property manager is very kind, genuinely cares about the place, and is quick to communicate. Any maintenance requests are addressed very quickly. The owner has worked very hard to fix, update, and clean up the property, including repaving the parking lot, repairing plumbing, servicing HVAC units, and arranging lawn and pest control services. The process to move in is smooth, easy, and accommodating, with reasonable pet allowances and fees. Residents highly recommend this awesome and inviting property.

This is a really great property. The property manager Franklin walked me around and answered every question I had about the property. The apartment was a good size for me I love that it is a small and friendly community. Will definitely be leasing here.
