I dont know WHAT OR WHO is happening to this location but its terrible now!! I shopped here ALL SUMMER and the staff looks unhappy and stressed. There’s an angry man (looks like the manager) yelling at people.
It was not a good experience this round. Bring back the old manager and shopping vibes!!!!

I literally walked around the store going from rack to rack while the young ladies talked to each other and a young man looked to be doing some cleaning or rearranging… NOT ONE PERSON asked if I needed anything. I understand it’s almost closing but I guess no more inventory needed to be moved.
Sales for the day must have been off the charts…

I called this store about some shoes my 12 year old wanted for his birthday, the lady that answered was really nice, but didn't really know anything about shoes!! So i asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager TRE get on the phone and I ask him about the shoes he started yelling saying the young lady just told me about the shoes.. He has to get his inventory out before his boss come in and he can't help me with nothing!! Had I know I was going to be talk to like that I would have called another location. That's the reason for this review. I'm one who never go online to do a review! But i took time today to do so. This manager gave poor customer service and should learn that being in his position as a manager not to speak to customers in that manner and that there's always a better way to handle things without talking so ugly. You may have been having a bad morning, but there's always a better way to handle things.
