The school has a Very rude unprofessional director named diamond cathcart she disregards when infants are sleeping. Does not sanitize the building when kids are running around sick. Doesn't speak well to employees. Very ghetto and childish acting to be considered a director for a day care center the higher ups might need to drop by and have a sit down it's a shame to have certain people in a position that doesn't respect the line of work

On October 20, 2023, my son was unethically dis-enrolled from Childcare Network #172 on Belt Line in Cedar Hill, TX. I was told that my son was dis enrolled due to behavior reasons. This particular center has now had 3 directors (Current Director is Diamond Cathcart) and none of them know or have any knowledge of how to run a licensed childcare facility. My son was never placed on an action plan per the Childcare Network parent handbook. The director (Donna Patterson) from #198 that sits on Clark Rd. in Cedar Hill, was in on the dis enrollment of my child. Donna has known about my child and his disabilities since he was enrolled at her school (#198) in his early years. My son was seen by a speech therapist while under her care. My son has since been in behavioral therapy and is undergoing testing for Autism, in which the district manager LaShonda was aware of and 2 of the previous directors. I am not sure why this information was not shared with the current director so that accommodations could be made appropriately.I was advised by Donna, that Childcare Network does not make accommodations for children with autism/disabilities. I feel as if my child is being discriminated against for being him. I asked to see all documentation/Incident Reports in regard to my son’s behavior and only 1 was produced. Again, the handbook for Childcare Network notates differently.I have now been waiting 2 weeks on a phone call from the district manager LaShonda that I requested. I also emailed her on the same day (10/20/23) requesting a phone call to discuss this matter and I have received nothing. I asked for a direct number to reach LaShonda and everyone acted as if they did not have one.It saddens and hurts my heart that this company has changed so drastically. I have 3 children all of which went through Childcare Network. I have seen the accommodations be made that Donna states that Childcare Network does not make. My oldest is now 14 and he was enrolled from 2-12 years of age and battled with ADHD and Emotional Disorder at the time accommodations were made and things were in place for him to improve. So, to be told that now all of a sudden accommodations cannot be made is a slap in the face. I guess that is why they do not market "The Working Parents Best Friend" anymore, because they are not so friendly to the children with special needs. When the previous director Ms. Monica and the DM Mrs. Brenda was over everything I never had any issues and accommodations were made in regards to children with behavior issues as well as disabilities.I would not recommend either Cedar Hill location if your child has special needs. My score is 0, but I couldn't post without selecting at least 1 star.

do not place your kids at this center. they do not watch the children and will tell you they have no idea what happened if something was to happen. my child was bitten on the face i had no clue until he got home. he came home just about daily with scratches to the face and no one knew what happened. he recently came home with a busted lip and no one knew what happened. the supervision is horrible please do not put your kids here. their is a huge safety concern for this center. please run run run . do not put your kids in this center. the assistant director dont even know whats going on in the center...find another safe place for your kids!!!!!!!!!

We are forever grateful at how this center has loved on our boys and made them feel so special even when challenges arose they all went above and beyond. I am sad we moved too far to continue care. But I strongly recommend this center to anyone looking for folks they can trust around their kids.

My children have been attending sent since my oldest was 3 years old when we moved to Texas. Monica is a great director and she has an amazing staff. They work hard and it shows.

Child care network in Cedar Hill by far is an amazing daycare. I’ve had nothing but a good experiences. Monica Johnson is amazing with the children as well as kind with her staff, all of the staff is very welcoming. And I feel good as well as comfortable with my children attending this daycare!

Childcare Network on Beltline is such a great environment for your children! These days finding reputable and reliable childcare from a center that truly cares for your children is so hard, and I’m so glad I came across this center. I have 2 school age special needs children, and Monica and the rest of the staff treats them no different, and like their own. They are very attentive, and always make sure to pay special care to their needs on a daily basis. They make sure my children are cared for and feel safe, and that alone puts most of my worries at bay. Once upon a time my children hated daycare, but now they’re running to go everyday. I’m grateful for a center that goes above, and beyond on a daily basis; it’s truly a Godsend. Do not hesitate to enroll your children you won’t be disappointed, plus they have an awesome summer camp!

My son and daughter have been attending for about 2 years now. We were in the midst of pulling them out, but the new director stepped in a made a great difference. I see much progress with the positive changes that have occurred. I appreciate the time, love, and patience dedicated to my children on a daily basis. I'm glad to say that we have a 2nd home within Childcare Network. Thank you for all that you do.

My daughter has attended this daycare since she was 2 months old and she will be 2 years old in July. The staff at this facility are pleasant and professional. They treat all the students like they are family and always meets their individual needs. My daughter looks forward to going to school everyday.

The teachers can be unprofessional, and inpatient with the kids. Some of them are loud and do not speak to the kids with respect. Telling a kid to shut up is not cool.

This center has went down hill. My daughters have been attending there since 2016 after my youngest was born. New director very unprofessional. Ive never had problems with the director that was around. You expect to be welcomed in the morning or even leaving after youve picked up children. Not this center. Now days is all about money and not about the kids anymore.

Listen !!! We didnt give 0 stars because some of the workers there tried to do what they could and they liked our child... However This was our first time ever putting our child in daycare as he is almost 1 years old, my husband and I couldnt even focus on working and had more stress from this!!! We regret even giving this place a try, we found a way better place that we now have peace that has excellency ! We honestly wish someone would have put a newer updated review before we came!If I tried to explain everything, it would be a super long review of complaints , our child was here not even a full month and almost everyday I had to keep repeating myself on our child schedule, I literally didnt have peace after seeing red flags but we still tried to give a chance maybe another week or so and why did we do that ? Our Son would come out with food on him when we kept his bag supplied with bibs change of clothes and everything he would ever need! They constantly kept giving me items that belong to other infants smh, If we wasnt the type of parents who was detailed we would have many items of the other kids , Oh and we lost a pair of socks with them the 2nd week. How and what are these people doing to keep giving you wrong items for your child? The infant room is unstable several different teachers work with your child. They have alot of young teachers who are not experienced and really dont know how to handle children and the situations that come up .. it's so much more but hopefully this would be enough for you to turn away ! The good reviews are 2 years + for a reason! No good reviews since 2018! Let that ring a bell.. if you dont want to be stressed after leaving your child at a daycare/school, do not come here ... Turn away! , you will regret not believing this review , there are too many places to see before you decide to come here !
