Tyler is great! He was polite, very helpful, and patient. He explained everything from beginning to end. The facility is clean. I booked online but I needed to ask some general questions, and Tyler was super experienced and helpful.

Predatory business. Get you in and constantly raise the rate knowing you don’t want to move all your stuff. Moving into a unit next to the one I already rent because current unit is $500/mo.and I can move in to new one next door for $240. Still a great pain to move everything. Beware

Exit code useless. Severely disappointed. Already told husband that we need to get our stuff out ASAP. Called city emergency line when I realized that Compass's customer service rep was a joke talking about letting the manager know.
You have to walk through a human sized gate to put your code in on the entry side then walk back to your car to drive out the gate!

I needed storage really fast. I reserved my unit in less than 10 minutes. Tyler called me almost immediately and scheduled a time for me to view and contract my the unit I wanted. The whole process took less than an hour start to finish. It was hot, but Tyler never complained about ALL of interruptions as I get things settled in my unit. He even helped me with the latch that was sticking a little and made it hard to close. Tyler always helped and always with a smile. Thanks Tyler. You're awesome!!!!!
