After using several other dry cleaners and having one shrink my sweater and another ripping my husband's shirt, I found this dry cleaners and I am satisfied, though a little pricey, you get what you pay for.

Not impressed, prices are elevated and customers service is not the best. They should draw a smile on their face at least to make you feel more appreciated as customer. It’s no come back again for me.

I have been a customer for 2 years and I have noticed that their prices continue to rise and are inflated. It’s definitely time to find a new cleaners that is not price gouging customers.

Cotton cleaners is expensive and no longer do same day dry cleaning. The owner tends to be (man) rude.

We recently had our window valances cleaned and Cotton did a great job! They did excellent work and had them ready as promised. They also charged a fair price. Well worth the money so we could refresh our windows. Thank you!

, I took a sweater to the dry cleaners to have a stain removed, however, I dropped it off to see if they could remove a stain on the front and when I picked it up my sweater had a hole right where the stain was. I thought it would be no problem to take it back and show them the damaged sweater that was unrepairable that I at least not be charged for the dry cleaning because it was ruined beyond repair, however, when I asked him if he was going to charge me anyways he was very rude saying he doesn't do this for free and of course he was going to charge me even after we tip him every single time on previous orders. I would think any other place would be grateful for this type of business of a client. however, after all this rudeness and unjust bad business I would never go to this dry cleaner and laundry at cottons at 100 N. Highway 67 in Cedar Hill again just bad business, and there's so many other places that would treat me so much better without the rudeness.

Best place for dry cleaning. Been going for years. They always have your stuff ready within 48 hours. Never late, always on time. Exactly how you asked. Not to mention the owners run the place and are so nice! Highly recommend.

They’re prices are extremely inflated. They were deceptive in the pricing. They charged me $10.00 to clean a sweater and did not clean it! I took it back and they refused to give me a refund, after cleaning it twice. They don’t hire any African Americans, despite being in an area where it is predominantly black. DONT TRADE WITH THESE PEOPLE!BOYCOTT!!!!
