Went to inquire about this storage property at the beginning of the week. Victoria was quite helpful and kind. She understood that I needed something closer to my residence, a lot cheaper, & safe for my belongings.
Just moved in on yesterday, so far so good. Hope the prices stay reasonable...

The office person Victoria is very nice but outside of that it was a nightmare. we got out things in in one night and never returned until taking it all out. it is so dirty, full of bugs and rusty old equipment and fixtures everywhere. i wore gloves even to open the gate. the management should put some money into fixing the place a bit . its pretty gross.

I recently had the pleasure of using CubeSmart for my storage needs, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The facility itself is impeccably clean, secure, and well-maintained, offering peace of mind that my belongings are in safe hands.

Victoria is not the greatest. I stored my stuff at this location for 6 months and then randomly all my stuff was stolen and sure enough Victoria has 0 answers other than gate codes being duplicated nothing about when or how my lock was removed and my items were completely cleaned out of my unit. There was no urgency in getting in contact with me as I only received to calls about my “account” and not any language regarding my empty unit specifically. When following up about such a major issue Victoria couldn’t even bother to remember me despite me being at the location two days in a row about this huge issue and following up via phone. That part isn’t that big of a deal compared to how rude she was to me and my wife after informing us that our stuff was completely cleared out of our unit. Jessica the district manager is cool so far. 0/10 for Victoria though. Everything I’ve ever owned was in that unit, heirlooms I will never be able to get back and documents and many other valuable and priceless items I will never see again and not even a “I'm sorry this happened to you under my watch”.

One word, VICTORIA! There may be some storage managers out there who do customer service as well as Victoria, but none provide customer service better than Victoria. I bet you that! Victoria is in a class all by herself!

My experience with CubeSmart has been GREAT!!!! I don’t have anything but praise for the customer service experience from Victoria; she is absolutely AMAZING!! At one point, I had 3 climate control units; now down to 1. During the time I have been a customer, property staffing has changed multiple times; however, Victoria is the best. As far as complaints, I have two. #1-Not having access to the dumpster(s). And, #2-Having paid extra for climate control units (total of 3; still have 1); the A/C has NEVER worked in that building.
