As a customer coming from extra space storage. I will say I am concerned about this location. It does not look well maintained. The interior lighting does not come on until you walk to the end of the hall. That is NOT safe. I am a woman and am there often times alone. Customer service was great! Just the facility needs upgrading. I don’t think I will be here long.

Dwayne helped me with getting a storage unit on Saturday. He explained the storage process to me as it was my first time using storage. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to others.

Met with Sharon, the most friendliest, welcoming, and informative person you could have for a storage facility!
Edited 11/30/25: I had been meaning to update this review sooner, but it just crossed my mind when I came across your reply moments ago... So Sharon was still absolutely great, but by the time we left that evening we did encounter some quite disturbing interactions from whoever was upstairs. There were kids crying and some adult female that was cursing pretty heavy at them and what may have very well seemed to be whooping them in some form or fashion by the sounds... We were considering contacting the local police, but apparently it happens quite often and the lady ended up leaving with the kids in a small red sedan. While Sharon remained extremely modest and humble about the situation, she was grateful to be moving facilities, which kinda sucked because we would have loved for her to remain our contact.

Sharon was extremely sweet and detailed. She gave me a tour of a few storage options and was very informative about the safety of this location. Extremely professional and kind.

Kesha at CubeSmart was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, fast, and super helpful from start to finish. You can tell she really enjoys helping people — she made the whole process quick and easy with a big smile the entire time. Excellent customer service and a great attitude! Highly recommend this location and especially Kesha for anyone looking for storage!
