Terrible!!!!! I would give a zero star rating if I could. They need to hire more people!!! It took 25 mins to get a prescription that was already ready! The pharmacist had an issue with register, but instead of communicating that, he walked off with my debit card (ok cool, he's going to ring me up on another register), a customer ask him a question and instead of him telling her ma'am give me one moment, let me finish with the lady I was helping, he starts helping her. Like what????? So I had to wait as I'm watching him help her for like 5 mins. Then when he finally brings my card, the prescription, and receipt. He doesn't even apologize for the long wait in line, plus the additional time (5mins) I had to wait for him to stop assisting me to help someone else. Just rude, poor communication, moving with no sense of urgency. TRASH!!!!!!!!!

Horrible pharmacy!! I've never been so disrespected in my life. Literally was talking to an employee through the drive up window around 1:20pm (they go to lunch at 1:30pm) and he was having trouble applying my GoodRx code. Not sure why... it's not that hard. At 1:30pm he had still not figured the code out and then proceeded to deny me service until after their lunch...another employee even put the cardboard up in the window when I was talking to them. Just ridiculous. I have called and made a complaint and have a case number. Hopefully something is done about the disrespect and horrible service. Take your service some where else:)

Do NOT use this pharmacy please. I am a physician and have had more issues with this pharmacy than any other in my entire career. The pharmacists are lazy and mean. They have absolutely no compassion for patients and should be doing ANYTHING but healthcare of any kind!!!

Hi folks I been in this store CVS just to get my allergy med which is Claritin's and then I saw some Nick knacks that was on sale?? First I pay my allergy medicine then I decided to get some sales Knick knacks? I got too items Santa Claus and the art or so totally cost was only $8 something? So I do it self check out for me easy and I was in retail as well so I know how I can do it for sure. I get out of the store walk to my car. While I'm inside my car I decided to check what date was the Claritin tablet I bought? The expiration was too close 3-23 so I go back inside the CVS and talk to the lady which is the manager telling her what I wanna do?? I explained to her I just wanna exchange to different date because I'm not quite sure if I can finish drinking the whole battle or the 24 pcs.on it. The biggest disappointment of mine was?? While I'm taking to the black lady the manager about the Claritin I purchases was close to expire?? Here comes the Spanish lady saying to her manager that I don't pay the Knick-knack that I bought?? Can you imagined those kind of false accusations in front of some other costumers?? I said repeat what you said I did not pay my 2nd purchase?? I said you gonna be kidding me? I get my phone and show to the manager my online banking account as -$8 something plus my first purchase of the Claritin?? We go back and forth and I ended up into canceled everything to make the situation easy for me I'm running late for work?? I told her you don't huge a paper in your machine that's why she thought I did not pay because there is no receipt coming from the machine?? But the manager giving me harmed time go back and forth in her office??? It's pretty simple?? But there are some folks in this world that they think they know what there are dong but for sure dumb dumb dumb?? She doesn't wanna refund my $8 something and you know what I said you can have my $8 and I am going to call your corporate and tell you what to do or better to do a seminar online and Duhhhhh?? Dummy dummy dummy ass?? It's my first time to go there and try to experience what it fell like to shop and see their store and that's what I got?! Darnet Darnet?? BNever ever go there and have a back and forth simple solution and she told me that she will come back on Monday to settle the thing?? Shot only $8 I will wait for two consecutive days?? Dumb??

Been using CVS pharmacy for years at another location. Decided to try this one out since it's close to other businesses I use. Now I see why it's rated so low, never had had so much trouble trying to get medication. No customer in line or drive through, she didn't want to take time to look up profile in system, even though I used CVS pharmacy the day before. Not sure why people are lazy

The hispanic lady that works the drive thru is not professional nor helpful. I have had several unpleasant interactions with her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt however she consistently is put out with customers and impatient. My husband finally stopped going there and I finally had enough and will never shop or use the the Pharmacy at this location ever again

The manager of the store has no customer service skills. She is quick to greet you when you enter the pharmacy but when asked about the shelves missing allergy medicine and when they would get stocked or if there is a known shortage of a particular product, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "How should I know? We're in a cold and flu season."...

The staff here is extremely incompetent and unprofessional, and it is likely due to the poor leadership of the store manager. The woman has zero management skills, and is more interested in her title than doing her job. She profiles black customers, and gets very angry if you don't respond well to her following you. The irony is that she is black, and it's black customers that she feels she has the right to mistreat. I will never spend another dime here.

I have called everyday for over a week and a half and NO answer!!! Had prescriptions sent here and have not heard a thing!! Horrible customer service! Who doesn't answer the phone!!!!

The reason why I do not recommend CVS on Beltline rd in Cedar Hill is because they are very rude. I dropped my husband prescriptions off and a prescription for a nebulizer from the ER around mid September I only received two of my prescriptions. I continuously called and no one would answer. I finally got through to an employee I was asking about the nebulizer and she hung up on me!!! My husband was diagnosed with Covid and pneumonia. I went up as well as called for days and asked again where is the nebulizer it took them five days to get the albuterol medicine but no nebulizer. So I went in and talk to the employee again and I've done this many times in a 4 or 5 day period. Finally I got an answer from employees or pharmacist they finally found my prescription stuck in other paperwork on the counter and said oh we can't fill this. They should've told me that five days prior to dropping it off. My husband which has pneumonia was waiting for it . So I had to go find a medical supplier that would fill it and they took care of it that day. I am very disappointed and I will never use CVS on beltline rd. pharmacy again. I suggest no one else either. They are rude Insufficient, slow and they are not helpful at all. I usually don't give reviews like this but this one really upset me. My husband needed that nebulizer quickly thank goodness he is slowly getting better without their help.

Waited here for 30minutes to get a flu test only for the provider to refuse to give me a test because I had a fever a couple of days ago. She insisted repeatedly that I go to an urgent care somewhere else or any other CVS that is convenient for me. I reassured her that I just had a negative covid test result a couple of days ago, but I want to confirm that I do not have the flu. The only explanation that she would give as to why she wouldn't administer a flu test was that, "you have had symptoms - a fever, no cough, no shortness of breath - so go and get another covid test". I was under the assumption that CVS MinuteClinic had licensed providers who perform professional medical services for patients. This is not only concerning for the confidence I have with the quality of care that MuinuteClinic provides, but also a complete waste of time. If you are not providing services during this time update your messaging and website; it is not easy to get appointments right now due to overflow everywhere, and my time could have been better spent.

I've lived in cedar hill for 9 years and always shop at CVS, but over the last 3 months or so I'm guessing the management is desperate for employees and hires ANYONE!! I came in the other day to get some things for my kids and the line was wrapped around the corner with one cashier!!! The other worker was laying out on the floor chewing gum on Instagram with not a care in the world. I was sickened. Today I go in and again!!!! Same girl in the floor texting away being lazy af with a long line! This shit is ghetto af I hate it here! I'll be going to Walgreens from now on! Y'all hire anyone, that's just trash!!!!

This place is horrible! I just waited on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with a pharmacist to fill my prescription, AND STILL HAVENT TALKED TO ANYONE! I called and talked to the front desk lady who was very rude and had an attitude, she transferred me to pharmacist and they just hung up on me! I called back and the front desk lady had even more of an attitude than before. I called a different cvs and they picked right up, this place is pathetic!
