Check the expiration date on your items before you purchase!! I told them about the expired items and they didn’t even take them off the shelves! 😕

Dang I read these reviews. I have to agree I live in cedar hill and I go to the CVS in Grand Prairie due to the pharmacy is trash as well as the store selves are never fully stocked or either the product is never arranged properly on the shelves. It gives off unorganized and chaos.

Y’all have children working here. Why don’t they call people when the medication is ready? Why don’t they at least text when it’s ready! They give you the run around and then ask you all day “do you know how much this cost” INSTEAD OF JUST ANSWERING IF ITS READY OR NOT ? I know what I ordered I know how much it cost I want my prescription and yall are being unreasonable.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO STARS. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I waited in line forever to pick up my RX that was transferred there, only to be told to get it off the shelf. Which the product was not the same as what was prescribed. I understand the 2 stars. I walked out after asking to speak to someone and they decided not to come and address my concerns.

If you need a passport photo..don’t go to the Cedar hill location! They lost or more like stole the camera…smh!!! It never fails. If you can’t keep up with a camera, they deserve to close some of these stores!!

I found products at this location that I had been looking for at other drug stores. Also, I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked through the door. She was very friendly and assisted me with finding some items that I was looking for. Overall, great experience.

I had to pick up a photo order on Nov 16th and the customer service was 👌. Grateful for Leomi that day she helped me out tremendously and she did it with a smile and a pure heart. I normally avoid CVS due to terrible customer service..from other locations. So glad I had a different experience this visit ☺️

I’ve been here twice and the assistant manager Tina is just flat out rude. Her customer service sucks and I watched her mistreat somebody in front of me, on a totally separate occasion —and now had my own personal experience today with her— no customer wants to be dealt with how she deals with people. It’s unprofessional, and especially as an assistant manager. Do better cvs
