Terrible!!!!! I would give a zero star rating if I could. They need to hire more people!!! It took 25 mins to get a prescription that was already ready! The pharmacist had an issue with register, but instead of communicating that, he walked off with my debit card (ok cool, he's going to ring me up on another register), a customer ask him a question and instead of him telling her ma'am give me one moment, let me finish with the lady I was helping, he starts helping her. Like what????? So I had to wait as I'm watching him help her for like 5 mins. Then when he finally brings my card, the prescription, and receipt. He doesn't even apologize for the long wait in line, plus the additional time (5mins) I had to wait for him to stop assisting me to help someone else. Just rude, poor communication, moving with no sense of urgency. TRASH!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever with the lady Monique and her ghetto NP at the health Hub today. She was horrible rude. Not friendly at all. I would advice someone in management look into her.

I went to this pharmacy on 2/3/24 trying to get a prescription of pain meds for my 85 year old mother. The prescribing doctor failed to complete the order correctly so the pharmacist was waiting for a response. On my 3rd time back to CVS the message had still not been responded to. The CVS pharmacist and pharmacy tech took the time to stop and contact the prescriber and obtain the needed information. Thank you!!!!

I go online to make sure they have my prescription. It tells me I have to call them to fill my prescription. So I call and they leave me on hold for 20 minutes after picking it up and putting back on hold. Then they hung up. Called back and currently at 15 minutes with them picking it up and putting it back on hold. Seriously if you don't like your job then find something else or change your profession. Update: I am moving from 1 star to 3 stars because even though it took 31 minutes to answer he kept me on the phone until it was figured out and resolved.

Horrible pharmacy!! I've never been so disrespected in my life. Literally was talking to an employee through the drive up window around 1:20pm (they go to lunch at 1:30pm) and he was having trouble applying my GoodRx code. Not sure why... it's not that hard. At 1:30pm he had still not figured the code out and then proceeded to deny me service until after their lunch...another employee even put the cardboard up in the window when I was talking to them. Just ridiculous. I have called and made a complaint and have a case number. Hopefully something is done about the disrespect and horrible service. Take your service some where else:)

Do NOT use this pharmacy please. I am a physician and have had more issues with this pharmacy than any other in my entire career. The pharmacists are lazy and mean. They have absolutely no compassion for patients and should be doing ANYTHING but healthcare of any kind!!!

The customer service of the pharmacy department truly sucks. They took my nephew's allergy medication filled it and then when I got home I didn't have it, only to find 3 days later calling they didn't have any in stock. Almost two weeks later still no call or notification about medication. When you do call the just keep you on hold. A truly inconsiderate and person who lacks compassion for the public. THIS LOCATION IS DISGUSTING!!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the doors. Was using the ibbota app hoping to make a few purchases but like other CVS locations few items available. Cashier did assist me with self checkout and explained steps to me for smoother future checkout

It is absolutely impossible to get through to the pharmacy by phone. On two separate occasions 3 weeks apart we’ve been on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. We tried back at an off peak time and it was the same. We’re done with this location

No one answers the phone. I waited 15 minutes, twice before giving up. Had 2 vaccines and got administration confirmation for one. Can’t raise anyone by phone to get the other. Do all pharmacies ignore the phone? Walgreens is no better.

For one the hold times are over 15 minutes. I hung up both times and decided to risk going up to the pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready. Second of all the prescription wasnt even measured right. They gave me a 3 1/2 days supply of the medication when it was supposed to last for 5 days!

The store manager, a fellow black woman, followed me around the store the moment I walked in and confronted me for not telling her if I needed help. If I had needed help, I would have asked for it.She tracked me from aisle to aisle, watching me go through the store as I made my way to the pharmacy. As I crossed the main aisle, she walked up and started demanding to know why I didn't answer her, and what I was doing in the store. The girls in the pharmacy overheard me talking about submitting a complaint and went to warn her. I left the store at the point, and waited outside for the relative who had business at the pharmacy.The district manager couldn't have cared less. Don't shop here.
