Worst location ever so not order from this one. Ordered a fishing pole for same day delivery and it arrived with no handle to reel the line in. Woman on the phone was very rude and lazy/annoyed when I asked if she could look up the order. Go anywhere but here. Their company customer service was amazing though and went above and beyond.

I would like to say Johnathon and Sarah at the Cedar Hill, Tx location were extremely helping in assisting my wife and myself with 6 arm chairs and umbrellas for the chairs as well. I would like to acknowledge the both of them publicly and said thank you again for all their help. I hope that they are made aware of this review that I am doing for the both of them. Thanks again!

Sister went to get shoes and tried to find what she wanted a young salesperson wearing ear buds listening to music didn't try to help just walk out and want be back piss poor service

The store was clean and neat. You couldn't tell who the floor staff was. They don't have a good selection of youth football cleats.

We came in to find Mom some better shoes and received exceptional service from Ashley in the shoe department. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helped us find the perfect pair.

This sporting goods store is hands down one of the cleanest and most well-organized I’ve ever visited! Everything was easy to find, of great quails for the prices and the layout made shopping a breeze. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service from one of the Teammates: Brianna.
Brianna greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely pleasant attitude from the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to help me without me even having to ask. When the item I needed wasn’t available in my size, she quickly looked it up to check availability at another nearby store. Her willingness to go the extra mile really made my shopping experience a great one.
It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service these days. Brianna is a true asset to this store, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Usually Dicks is very good and has excellent customer service but this is a Pathetic store with horrible customer service. They Shipped only one shoe and forgot the other one and here is the worst part, not even willing to acknowledge, apologize or rectify the issue. Super rude and useless associates/customer service!!
Finally the Dicks Online sales associate helped us and took care of the issue. Do not go to this particular store, go to another Dicks store instead.

This location sucks. It's so many workers yet no one wants to help. As I was walking to the customer service desk the employee behind it intentionally made himself busy so he didn't have to help. It's the holiday season you would think they would be more attentive but it's all good. I strongly advise that you take your money else where.

When it comes to pick up orders i placed mine at 5:17pm. I got the email letting me know my order wasn’t just ready yet and it usually will take a hr to fulfill my order. I arrived at the store around 8 hoping it will be ready. Walked around a extra 30mins asked the worker if my item was instock and he replied with it’s probably not if i don’t see it around the front and applied he was in the back and didn’t see anything of that sort. So i took it upon myself to find my item which i did. I walked around the store and found another worker and politely asked if she knew who worked in the pick up department she told me to go upfront where there was two employees. A person was in front of me and once she left i kindly asked do you know who worked in the pickup department because i found my items. The guy replied with ohh they probably got to busy closed it down and proceed to look my name up in the device he had to pull my order AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FOR MY ITEM AND CANCEL MY ORDER……really like how lazy can these employees get! 😭

This store is terrible. I went to get a refund and the guy told me I had to get a gift card and call in later and they would handle it. I call back, the lady would not let me speak to manger and then I call back to at least get a copy of my refund receipt and the front end lead was rude and said he could not pull it up. I asked if I could speak with someone else and he said “who else do you need to speak to I’m front end lead”. Never heard any leads or managers like this. Didn’t know it was this hard to get a copy of my receipt.

I love Dick's Sporting Goods as a whole, but this location in particular is terrible. They have poor management, poor customer service, not to mention the store manager Scott is a racist. If you can, I'd highly advise going to a different location to avoid the headache.

I had the most amazing experience today with Brooke, my assistant. Well she works there but she assisted me ALOT! I had to go get my mom a Stanley and some sports gear for my 9-year old. She’s absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She also kept a smile on her face the entire time even when I was just goofy! Yall when you go to this location, please ask for Brooke! You’ll be glad you did.
