I had a pleasure of shopping with Aldric Davis at the Creed counter in the women's perfume section. Aldric was very friendly and knowledgeable of the variety of products Creed offers. I did not feel rushed and he made sure that I found a fragrance suitable for me.

We were very disappointed today with the staff at Dillard’s. We bought a suit jacket for a pretty penny, and we were told we could bring it back for alterations, but it turned out that the proposed alterations were impossible (shortening the hem of the jacket). The woman who sold us the suit jacket left the company the following week. I asked if there was anything they could do for us. The manager just gave a solemn shake of the head and an apology.

I recently had an amazing experience at Dillards thanks to Aldric. I was looking for a mother’s day gift as well as a little something for myself, and he was incredibly helpful. He was super knowledgeable about the different fragrances, guiding me through the options and explaining the notes of each one. He wasn't pushy at all, and I really appreciated his genuine interest in helping me find the perfect scent. The service was great, and I absolutely love the Creed and Chanel perfume I ended up purchasing. Highly recommend seeking out Aldric Davis if you're looking for a great perfume buying experience!

Horrible experience! No help in the dress area and rolling eyes in the undergarment area. Wow never have experienced that.

The manager by the name of brisa and elena were not being patient and had an attitude when an associate needed help. They also took forever to get down to the floor which i didn’t appreciate. What i also noticed was how they treat their coworkers. No manners and talking to them with no respect right in front of my face. I had the worse customer service at this store ONLY cause of the managers, because all the ladies who weren’t their stations were so welcoming and so politely.

Fantastic!!!! The vendor for Donna Karen and a few other lines was phenomenal! I think her name started with a D, in the fragrance department. I came in to shop and she listened and did not push me on to anything that I didn't want. She is such a beautiful person and was pleasant to buy from. I appreciated everyone that was involved or around because they were all very professional without being rigid. I also made another purchase in the purse dept and also had a pleasant experience. Because of the consistent amazing experiences is why I drove 6 and a half to come to the Cedar Hill location. Exceptional service today!!! I'll be back as always. Everyone was great!

I visited this location 2 days ago and went in to buy some cologne. I spent 667 dollars on 2 bottle of cologne and the next day I found the same brand cologne in a bigger bottle for half the price so I decided to take the one I bought from Dillards back and they said I couldn’t return it because the box was dirty and couldn’t resale. Ok fair enough so the next day I get word that that the manager over that department said I was returning the cologne because I couldn’t afford it. Why would go into establishment and buy something knowing if I could afford it or not. I felt like they were stereotyping because I brought something back that was 400 dollars because I got a better deal somewhere else that is not cool and if he said it behind my back then he could have said it to my face like a man and I shop here every other day but it’s cool I guess African Americans suppose to be not ableto afford things in Dillards. Got it

The 3 day experience no exchange, when i asked if I needed to exchange cashier said 3 days.. I was heading out of town came back within 7days and you want give me a store credit for the item tags still on and no sign of trying it on. It's only 25.00 I would used it and spent at least 100.00 plus. I shop here all the time and spend over 100.00 everytime..SMH

I stopped in today and purchased a pair of shorts from the men Department, I tried them on but felt very uncomfortable-The sales associate...seems to be an atmosphere of condemnation! it wasn't pleasant at all.

March 16-I went to this location to return 2 dresses. The young lady at the counter, Clara, was soo friendly and professional. After she returned my items, I asked her about another dress. Clara quickly found the dress. Wow! She was very familiar with the store’s inventory! I shared with her that I had ordered the dress online.
When I returned home, I decided I would call back to Dillards to see if they had the dress I ordered online at another store in a different size. Clara answered the phone and quickly recalled our conversation and the dress she had showed me. I told her what I wanted and she quickly checked other stores to see if they had the size I wanted. Unfortunately, the dress didn’t come in the size I needed. I thanked her for her help and she cheerfully said, “Have a nice day!” This is what I call great customer service! Thanks Clara!

Why is it that we can’t try on a dress shirt before purchasing anymore? Dillards in Cedar Hill has decide that customers can no longer try on dress shirts before you purchase . They have on shirt that you and everyone else has been trying on for years but may not be the same cut and same style as the one that your purchasing. Spoke to Carmen (General Manager) and Stephanie (Department Manager) and they were basically useless. Totally discussed with this customer experience.

This is specifically for men's cologne. We went to get my husband some new smell goods. We found the store pretty empty. Several salespeople were eager to help us. We take awhile because new scents are hard to choose. So the main fragrance lady, should have got her name. She was super helpful and patient. There were two men that also suggested fragrances. All in all a good experience at this location.
