I called for one item to see if they had it and the man/ young man was happy to help.... Unfortunately he never came back to the phone. I could hear woman on register , but I yelled and I guess she couldn't hear me ... I was on hold so long (29 min) that I drove there to tell them I was still on hold!! Livid. Guess they didn't notice the phone was not ringing or not hung up! Ridiculously annoying. No one claimed to be the male and no manager was asked for. I guessed I would get more than a Nothing. In cashiers defense, the guy answered My phone call and both cashiers were women. Not cashiers fault. Long time shopper. BTW. Very low stocked story, disorganized and messy all the time. Try Dollar Tree in Red Oak, 99.9 better than CHill! That was my final straw. Be accountable.

Store 2095 at 435 E FM 1382
Cedar Hill, TX, 75104-6027 thatan awful store manager name Sergio. He was rude, nonchalant very passive and just awful when it comes to customer service. He seemed not bother by trying to mitigate or resolve my issue with deflated balloons. I bought 39 balloons around 9:15amish and by 11:45amish 14 of the 30 balloons were deflated and/or helium seemed to escape the balloons. He insisted that it was because the balloons were in the sun and when I advised that they were NOT and had been on the inside away from the.sun) he seemed to insist it. And when I stated that the other balloons at JUST fine. he seemed uncovered by my factual statement. I just feel that before they put a 20 something year old youngster In a management (lead) role that they should provide frequent training on handling employees, customers, mitigating issues, deescalating, etc. It's just as important to put the RIGHT people in the roles for the job. Not everyone have the personality, patience, leadership, and mitigation skills to warrant the placement of that role. Sergio's attitude and leadership representation in that store was awful to the employees and customers alike. THIS IS ONE DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER WHO will be patronizing another business for my party accessories etc.

Gave this Dollar Tree a 5 because it is more organized, better stocked and has faster checkout than any other Dollar Tree I have visited.

The Dollar Tree in Cedar Hill is not very clean. Messy is what I'd call it. I'm not pleased at all. I've never been to such a messy Dollar store. Lack of respect for where they work, and it showes. I went to the Dollar Tree in Desoto and was so impressed. I even mentioned this to the cashier. Will go back to Desoto store more often.

Place is so disappointing; don’t know if they closing or they just don’t wanna work! So many things in the floor, empty shelves; long line for one cashier or two🤦♀️ this place needs their DM to visit them😡😡😡
