They ruined an expensive blouse of mine. The fabric is Lyocell. That's the reason I had them clean it . They starched the crap out of it as if it were a man's cotton dress shirt . ( it was white ) . Also put creases in a pair of lady's pants that had a lace pattern at the bottom (capris)

I gave them 3 stars only because every time I drop off my clothes everyone seems so unhappy. Honestly it’s like a mood change for me. I could be having a great day and when I walk in there it so depressing that I can’t wait to get back in my car and be happy again.
Follow up 07/11/25: this is a follow up to my previous review. Today I received a call back from RB one of the owners of the establishment. He was very pleasant and eager to find out what my review was about. He seemed very focused on resolving any issues. My review was based on the overall feeling of welcomeness. He was more than willing to listen and understand my review and offer a resolution by covering my feedback with his employees. I will continue to trust this establishment because overall, I am satisfied with the service to my garments.

Wow. I have been a customer now for over 6yrs. Service just depends on who is helping me. There are some very good employees there that are concerned with satisfaction, and then there is one that doesn't give a damn. I typically try to avoid him, because he does not EVER get my clothes how I want them. He says yes and ok but he doesn't follow through. I will just deal with the most recent experience. I brought pants in for Landry and asked for no crease, he creased them I also took my wife's jackets and wanted them Landry, he sized them which made the price higher than it should have been. This is guy will not help me ever again, I will just wait until someone else is not busy. The owner is very nice and easy to talk to, but this guy need to work in the back not in the front.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the service at Dry Clean Super Center in Cedar Hill. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always greets me with a warm smile. They consistently do an outstanding job with my laundry, ensuring everything is returned looking impeccable. Their dedication and attention to detail are evident in the quality of their work. Keep up the fantastic work—highly recommended!
