Price is really went up on these chocolate cover strawberries, $30 for six piece chocolate cover strawberries basically paint Five dollars per Strawberry. Kind of insane I’m sure this place will be going out of business in the next year or so, unfortunately

I ordered a bear and cheese cake with a chocolate dipped strawberry and an I love you balloon. It was a surprise for my wife at work for our anniversary and I had it delivered to her. When she got it the balloon was deflated and I was so upset. This is our first wedding anniversary so it meant a lot to me.

I placed an order today for my mom, who recently experienced the loss of a loved one. I opted for same-day delivery, and the flowers arrived quickly. My mom was happy with the quality, and I was as well.
The only feedback I have is that the bouquet arrangement could have been a bit more polished. I ordered a small vase, and while the flowers were arranged ok, a more put
together presentation would have made it look even more beautiful.
Overall, I’m pleased with the service and will definitely consider ordering again in the future.

I ordered same day delivery for my dad’s birthday. Nothing was delivered, nobody let me know that they couldn’t deliver so that I could have canceled the order and ordered him something else. Now, nobody answers the phone or calls back to explain what’s going to happen with my order or the money I paid. Horrible customer experience.

Horrible, they said they attempted to deliver and no one was home, when in fact there was plenty of people at the house at all times besides the point. I call to ask if I am able to pick up at the location instead they put me in hold for 5 minutes they proceed to say yes. I get here not 30-40min later and they say they can't give it to me because the driver is not back and they wouldn't know when they would be back. I ask for a replacement and they said they can't because of the specialized card. Horrible experience, horrible attitude they should learn how to respond or resolve it they just kept backtracking what they were say. Please learn better customer service. Please help me understand why you would say to us on the phone say you can deliver it tomorrow which is today 05/11/25 and then you couldn't do same day delivery anymore that I would have to wait until Monday 05/12/25 so you were going to drop it off when I would be home and just said that you would just leave it outside then. Okay then why call 6 times past 12 am to say you delivered like are you serious?? Please take some type of accountability, and the arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered.

Worst experience ever! Do not waste your money they are rude and do not call you or anything when deliver and leave and refuse to redeliver. Tried to give my friend who lost her mom a sweet gift for mother’s day and they ruined it! Should of read the awful reviews before I bought!

I ordered edible arrangement for both my daughters for Mother’s Day. Both oders was delivered on may 10th. Both arrangements was un edible- the cantaloupe was slimy, the strawberries was decaying and the pineapple started the molding press - I call the store for a refund and they refused - I did not want another delivery at a later date just a refund - STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Even though the products were appealing and I needed them, I was upset to be told a price and then the register rang up a higher price and I was given the total. I believe the store should have a clearly defined price list for the products in-store and not just word from the workers. I had the extreme pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from an employee at this Cedar Hill location. I called from the ED waiting room at Charlton Medical Center to place a huge order close to closing time, I was helped by Ms. Alma. She was very accommodating, reassuring and kind. This amazing employee took time to walk me through options on-line to find the exact order needed to satisfy 25 people at the last minute. This inclined me to purchase additional items that were also available. She is a wonderful person and I appreciate her making my Saturday on 3/1/2025 a best day ever! I also thank her supervisor Ms. Alma, for realizing and employing wonderful people like Ms. Stephany. I know great managers hire great people most of the time. Thanks again for all that you do.

I ordered several items for my granddaughter to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I was so disappointed to find out that none of the items were ever delivered and no contact was made to let me know. I had to go to the location the day after her special day and was told that their corporate office took them offline because they were overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand. As a result, I was handed the gifts and treats, delivery fee removed, but no other compensation nor apologies given. They sell a very unique product, but I will find another way to bless my Valentine in the future.

Hubby placed an order 02/13/25 at 6pm and was scheduled to pick it up at 5:30 he gets there and there’s a long line over 30 people in front of him and we had a reservation at 7 so he couldn’t wait for it specially when they are making the pick up orders while we wait and how sanitary is that so he wants his money back and last year they also took over 3 hours to deliver so never again.

This store should actually be shut down I have lived in the Cedar Hill area for over 20 years have made several orders from this location and every time the orders where WRONG so no more will I patronize this location!!!!

I had a terrible experience with edible arrangements at 2 location while spending over $400 for my order. 1st- Customer service was extremely rude. I understand its a busy holiday but there is no need to have an attitude with a customer when they have been respectful to you and spending a good amount of money. 2nd I placed my order early in the day time and paid for same day service. I politely asked at both store locations which was Cedar Hill and Arlington off Matlock, what time should i expect my loved ones things be delivered. All i get was sometime by the end of the day by 7. Ok not really specific , but im ok with the answer. So here is 7:30/7:45 and no order so I call back and they say. Its on the last delivery truck if the night. Well lets guess what happened next. NO ONE received anything. I called both locations the next morning to see what happened because these orders are time sensitive and all I get was oh they will be delivered some time today. So I immediately ask for a refund because my family wouldn't be available to receive the gifts. Guess what i get next especially from the Cedar Hill location. MORE ATTITUDE ! I say hey why the attitude? I didnt do anything wrong here. I placed a order earlier yesterday and was guaranteed same day service , which was what i needed and the order is still sitting in your store. The matlock location lady on the phone did not give me attitude lije cedar hill, but did tell me sir I think its because you didnt order early enough. I said ma'am i ordered yesterday morning at 11am and you were the person that i spoke with and you asked me if i needed same day service and you told me what time i should expect my order. Long story somewhat short. Both location gave me a hassle just to get my refund and acted like I was the problem. So yea I had a Valentines day nightmare with edible arrangements at 2 locations.
